Unlike Lanham who just sat there like a lemon. Don't go dissing the Lemon man - you will have Wacks on your case! ;D I would never diss Mark Lemon Let me correct my statement: "Unlike Lanham who just sat there like a Kelvin". Happy now?

Well, that was rather good - one of the best Elite League meetings shown on television this season. You are quite strange - as a contest, it was effectively over after 10 heats tonight. And bar a couple of races, the racing wasn't anything great. I agree with you Genghis. It seems to be all the fans who are biased towards Lakeside who think it was a great meeting. Who wants to see loads of 5-1s?

And, let's be honest, if we ever even approach the level of one Poole fan in particular, and a few in general, we'll deserve all the crap we get..............but, blinded we're not, we have a bloody good thing going here at the moment, but we all know the bubble could burst at any moment..........but in the meantime we gonna enjoy it. p.s. sorry to hear the rumours about pooh boy.

Only joking, you know I rate both Stuart Douglas and Jon Cook. Some of the praise towards them on here is a bit overgushing, though. I think they are type of people who prefer honest opinions. And my honest opinion is that last night's match was a bit lacking. OK, they can do nothing about the opposition being lacklustre, but they can do something about the track which was a little too slick last night and prevented anyone bar Jonsson making the outside line work.

Genghis, you know how much I value your opinion, and once again I'm indebted to you for it. Seriously though, if you actually support a team who are doing well in a Sky meeting, I'm sure you'd agree that the programme would have far more interest than if you were partisan? The fact is, my team were trailing out of the gate and then passing the Eagles (in Andreas' case at will), which made brilliant television. Naturally, if you were an Eagles' fan you wouldn't have enjoyed it so much, and for neutrals it was probably above average if you were honest. Will you be coming down on the Panthers' coach on the 21st to support your old favourite R/R?

Some of the praise towards them on here is a bit overgushing, though. Let it go on record that, although I respect him for having the guts to say what he feels, I don't agree with Jon's comments about the GPs. But you should know that.
