EDINBURGH "SCOTWASTE" MONARCHS1. Carl Stonehewer (G) 2. Thomas H Jonasson 3. Andrew Tully 4. Ryan Fisher 5. Matthew Wethers 6. Derek Sneddon (C) 7. Aaron Summers REDCAR BEARS1. Gary Havelock (C) 2. Josh Auty 3. James Grieves 4. Chris Kerr 5. Ty Proctor 6. Benji Compton (G) 7. Arlo Bugeja This meeting will be a different encounter to the last one at the Dale. Redcar have run in to much better form and Havvy won't be as poor as he was on his last visit. I expect the usual top class performance from James Grieves and although Chris Kerr isn't long back from injury he does like the Dale. Looking forward to seeing all the colourful, happy, friendly Bears fans once again Prediction: Monarchs 50 Bears 43 Updates here.

Benji 'bloody' Compton is our guest  You should be honoured to have the Lesser Compton in your side - okay, he takes the odd tumble or ten, but he does it with style.

EDINBURGH "SCOTWASTE" MONARCHS..55 1..Carl Stonehewer..[G]..W = 0 2..Thomas H Jonasson..M,3,2',2 = 7+1 3..Andrew Tully..2',3,3,2',0 = 10+2 4..Ryan Fisher..3,1,2',3,2 = 11+1 5..Matthew Wethers..2',1,1,1 = 5+1 6..Derek Sneddon..[C]..0,3,1,3,3,0 = 10 7..Aaron Summers..2,1,3,0,1',3,2' = 12+2 REDCAR BEARS..37 1..Gary Havelock..[C]..3,2,0,2' = 7+1 2..Josh Auty..1,0,1,2 = 4 3..James Grieves..1,3,3,0,3 = 10 4..Chris Kerr..0,2',0,1 = 3+1 5..Ty Proctor..1,4,1,3,1 = 10 6..Benji Compton..[G]..2,0,0,1 = 3 7..Arlo Bugeja..0,0,0,0 = 0 This was a much better meeting than the scoreline suggests with plenty of good races by riders on both sides and for once in several weeks this was not a rain affected meeting Aaron Summers was back to his best with some tenacious and intelligent riding, and Ryan Fisher was majestic, but it was an overall team effort once again from the Monarchs especially after losing Stoney in heat one. Good to hear Stoney will be racing again tonight. For the Bears James Grieves was good to watch even if he wasn't as potent as he usually is. Josh Auty was worth far more for the effort he put in and Ty Proctor put in a much better performance than his previous visit. The Bears fans were once again very colourful, loud and friendly and enjoyed themselves depite the result.

Only one was a plonker and he is well known for it.
If only Pammie had come and let us know about it he would have been dealt with there and then.
