And so the Sky cameras made their third trip of the season to Manchester to witness the Aces taking on Coventry. But it seems that having Sky around never shows the Kirkmanshulme Lane track in its best light, with the racing usually dire. However, with low expectations, we could have a pleasant surprise. And we should see Patrick Hougaard's home debut for the Aces, although I fancy he might not take to the tight turns that well and I wouldn't expect too much from him. I would expect another towering performance from the outstanding Jason Crump. As for the Bees, these are troubled times and the Brandon faithful are getting restless. Much of the talk is about former Ace Simon Stead, who really hasn't performed as expected and is under pressure to produce results. I can't see anything other than a Belle Vue win here.

Be amazed if this is on.
It's been pissing down all day and the forecast tomorrow is much of the same. Don't be surprised to see a repeat of Cardiff on your screens tomorrow evening.
Posted the teams (not confirmed though) on the Aces Vs Bees thread in the Belle Vue section.

I'm hoping that sense prevails and the Sky team are re-directed to Monmore Green tomorrow evening.

Hougaard looking good, while the Coventry reserves are giving comedy value, I suppose.

I fancy Hougaard would have caught Schlein there, but that third bend's been proving difficult for him all evening.

It's embarrassing how easy Crump is having it out there.

Belle Vue have shot themselves in the foot - there's a dip in the middle of turns 3 and 4 that has caught out both Hougaard and Wright, costing them at least 4 points already.

Belle Vue relying too much on Jason Crump He's a genius that Pearson Exactly what is he supposed to say? Belle Vue naturally rely on Crump's scoring power Kelvin, where do you see some consistent support coming from within the team Much more interesting and less bleeding obvious
