According to someone who has spoken to him, Thomas has broken his foot/ankle in two places - from his guestbook.

Bad news for THJ & bad luck for the Monarchs on their title challenge run in, although it seems Somerset may also be suffering with injuries with Doyle reportedly suffering a dislocated shoulder at Sheffield tonight.

Hope he recovers, but at least British Speedway wont have to take any of his shit anymore this season.

I took this from his Swedish site and google translated in to this News: 2009-05-03 -- Thomas running on Tuesday! Thomas has taken the decision to run the Elitserien game against smiths on Tuesday. I will run for Dad Thomas will run the game against the smiths and he does it because he knows that Michael had wanted it. I drive for Dad, every time I go out on the track is the father I do. My continued speedway career assimilate me for him. He meant everything to my speedwaycareer and is the reason why I am where I am today. He will still be my manager and I know he will give me advice and tips in the future. Good Luck Thomas we are all behind you

Not to be outdone by Berwick's Italian fence-tester, it seems that Edinburgh could be without the services of Thomas H Jonasson for the next FIVE home meetings, according to the Edinburgh Evening News (which, to be fair, isn't always 100% reliable and David Kinvig often has his own agenda): edinburghnews.scotsman.com/sport/Speedway-Big-guns-shaping-up.5283745.jp
