So the Bees visit the flea ridden kennels dwellers on Monday. On the back of last nights outstanding display can we beat them at home...?
I'd imagine we'll put up more of a fight than we did when we raced them in the CS at the beginning of the season.
We will be there anyway.

Coventry currently one point up, but Schlein seems to be having a bad night, being excluded from two heats for being deemed the cause of a couple of accidents.
Edit: and Howe has withdrawn.

Just should listen to uncle Genghis more often. ;D

Well I didn't see this coming......... Coventry retain the worst 'heat leader' going who fails to score the points he should...............but does that bother him? Nope, he just wipes out the opposition and grabs the points for his team that way!!!! I know these comments will cost me another pint, but who gives a Poo Boy? The sooner Coventry get rid of the liability and get Smolinski back, the sooner they will be a force to be reckoned with!!!

You're dead right it will, it just goes to show what happens when you comment on incidents you didn't see Well I did, with my own eyes..ok it was difficult to tell from where we were standing if he caught Iversen in heat 5, but they showed the re-run in the bar afterwards and he did, so fair do's for that one. But the incident in heat 11 when Howe went down is just outrageous. Rory admittedly lifted on the ouitside line of the back straight, howe some three or so metres behind him on the inside lifted and fell off after colliding with Heffenbrock...nothing to do with Rory It's all academic anyway because we won and that is so sweet, not half as sweet as Rory stopping in front of the refs box and him gesturing to him that he was a wanker though...which he was...;D He was riding so much better last night, so I'm feeling much happier, anyway there were some star performances last night again , least of all Stan..who scored 9, Bomber made some of his legendary passes..Stead was much improved too and a gutsy performance from Ben, who wasn't off the pace..

Ha ha Kennel dwellers, well that's put it up ya hey. Is that what the replay really showed? I seen PUK well out of control before Rory got anywhere near him. Anyway he got his just desserts in the re-run did he not, nice one Stanley ;D.Ha, & what about that hissy fit walking back to the pits, give him a dummy & some stabilisers for the back wheel. ;D. No blame on David or Hef for the 2nd decision, it's Magoo that got it wrong.Never heard of Stuart Wilson before but i sure as hell will remember now. My Motm has gotta be Stan the Man, on March 17 he was just awful, but last night he was magnificent, what a turnaround.

To be fair that's a hard one for the ref to call . Schlien gets badly out of shape and seriously puts Howe off . It's like what i said a couple of weeks ago about the bloke that lays down cause he thinks the guy in front has lost control and is coming down . I can see where the ref is coming from as it was Schlien losing control that caused the crash behind , but the refs dont always give it that way . I can see why Coventry fans are coming from too cause the rider never went down , but he did cause the crash that caused the stoppage . Certainly a tough one , but i have to give the ref credit for having the balls to give that decision . And before anybody starts - the identity of the rider in question is irrelevant in this instance .

Well we all see things differently . Poo was out of control and i bet the other riders thought he was coming down , so they took avoiding action . I'd have loved to have seen his royal pooness gesturing like a 12 year old to the referee though .

I know I shouldn't really condone it, but it was comical it really was...even funnier was a Wolves fan on the BSF moaning that he was gesturing to his arse later, I'm just sorry I missed that bit .. It didn't actually come across as childish, I'm tellng you mate you have been pissing yourself. You have to say you can't beat a bit of controvesy in a meeting it really got the crowd going, well the Coventry lot anyway, the Wolves fans were open mouthed in disbelief ..

Am I the only one here that can clearly see that it was Hefenbrock who brought down Howe completely independently of Schleins actions. Watch carefully as Hefenbrock comes off the bend too hot, locks up and catches Howe's back wheel so causing the carnage.
