Scott on a double points tactical ride. Will it pay off?

A good effort from Korneliussen there, but how typical of Richardson to look down at his engine after being passed.

This is poor. Although, I can't believe I haven't switched over to West Brom vs Southampton yet.

but how typical of Richardson to look down at his engine after being passed. You are on the mark with that comment. All too familiar to Coventry supporters in his time with us. Either that or not feeling too well and withdrawing from the meeting. Sick note to follow.

Well, I have to say it, but Eastbourne are poor tonight. Richardson should be scoring a lot more on his old track, Woodward's not doing as expected, Bridger needs guidance (or something), Gustafsson is struggling, and they desperately need to find a decent replacement for Brundle.

"More great racing to come" says Jonathan Green. I was rather wondering when the 'great racing' might start.

What sort of bollocks is this? Bridger has to be excluded for delaying the start, if nothing else. How the hell can the referee have another two minutes? What a shambles. Complete and utter nonsense.

McGowan still a liability for the Robins.

The rule book:
15.3.4 The following are Starting Offences; (a) failing to proceed directly to the Starting Area or otherwise delaying the start of a Heat, (b) not being ready to race or deemed to be under the jurisdiction of the Start Marshal at the expiry of the 2-minute allowance, (c) taking up the wrong position, (d) not complying with the Start Marshal instructions, (e) by any means wrongly preventing the raising of the gate or (f) for a Competitor or Competitor’s machinery or any part of it to touch or break the tapes after the Green Starting Light has been displayed. 15.3.5 Where a Green Light or Start Gate malfunctions the Referee shall order a re-run.

Convincing win for the little birds.....well done Swindon, the TEAM SPIRIT is second to none! Who the hell thought it was a good idea to give Lee Richardson the Captains shirt at Eastbourne???.... Swindon have proved how important it is to have a good leader...and I don't mean Rosco Does this mean that the fickle one will be changing allegience again?

Does this mean that the fickle one will be changing allegience again? Which particular fickle one? The list is endless...

This is poor. Although, I can't believe I haven't switched over to West Brom vs Southampton yet. Using a football analogy would I be right in saying this was a Celtic 6 Rangers 3? Another nail in the coffin of close team events for BEL speedway. Perhaps, the day is just around the corner now when speedway is all about the GP's and every man for himself as in MotoGP, F1, WSB etc. The track looked good tonight though.

[/quote] the fickle one as you like to call me dear jacques,is actually not at all fickle, simple a follower of the 'cash cow' as my auld enemy were willing to offer 13/8 on eastbourne +23 points after 10 heats, the result in the stuart road household was a convincing 3 point win to the mighty SEAHAWKS,so the avatar stays.
