Things aren't going well for the heathen Tigers and one of the reasons is the poor form of Robert Ksiezak. He seems to have been bitten by the Elite League bug, talking in the Speedway Star about maybe looking for a full-time Elite League gig in 2008. But maybe Glasgow should look into possibly swapping him for Michal Rajkowski with Belle Vue. Rajkowski is out of his depth in the Elite League, but did a job for Newport last season. I think he'd do okay for the Tigers.

I can't see how Robert would think to go full time in the EL next year as he can bearly hold his own in the PL

I'm afraid Robert Ksiezak is deluding himself if he reckons he's ready for EL speedway . I'm beginning to realise that he might have reached the peak of his powers anyway - i.e. a PL second string . It was hoped that Robert would make a real breakthrough this season - to offset the obvious uncompetativeness with the 2008 Glasgow Tigers . We are currently trying to compete against sides with one heat-leader ( Shane ), two second strings ( Leverington and Ksiezak ) and four reserves ( Brady , Dicken and the two young Aussies ) With the best will in the world , you aint going to win many meetings with that set-up .

The fact edinburgh were open to offers should have told the glasgow promotion something seeing how at the time of his sale he was very highly rated.
best bit of 8K business that been done for a while i guess, well not since 12K for brady....
methinks the glasgow promotion should really get someone who can spot talent as dicks, dickson and pairman seem to have an appalling record on bringing talent through the ranks.
