I'm ofcourse going to Hallstavik tomorrow for the Rospiggarna v Hammarby fixture. Haven't missed a match home or away since I got back from the north at the beginning of June I'm backing Hammarby to bring all three points back to the capital!

I'm backing Hammarby to bring all three points back to the capital! And indeed they did, helped by a Nicki P maximum. If you get time, Erik, can you let us know of any talking points please?

I'm backing Hammarby to bring all three points back to the capital! And indeed they did, helped by a Nicki P maximum. If you get time, Erik, can you let us know of any talking points please? Well that was nervous. We came into this fixture all wrong, and it long looked like a defeat. But thank's to Super Nicki Pedersen who was untouchable all night, and Martin Smolinski's fine contribution we turned it around. As Scott was absent we not only lost him, but also the trump card of having Kylmäkorpi at reserve. Some talking points were ofcourse how damn good Nicki is, and the fact that the normally awesome Tomasz Gapinski couldn't ride the short and narrow Orionparken for sh*t. One strange incident was when Andreas Messing (third) and Freddie Eriksson (fourth) both crashed on the final bend, and Freddie got up, re-mounted and rolled across the line for the last point of the heat while Messing was still on the ground. A Rospiggarna 4-2 turned into a 3-3. And yes Wacks, I'm happy tonight

Anders at the BSF is reporting Vetlanda's Hampel has broken his arm. Any news on that Erik?

I see that speedwayworld.tv are reporting that Unia Leszno's manager believes Hampel may be out for as long as three months with a complex fracture to his hand. That, I guess, would be the rest of the season to all intents and purposes, which will be a dreadful blow for both Hampel and Unia Leszno as they battle for the gold medal in Poland.
