managed to log on today, and this is the message that was showing.
Slow running site: (3 Apr, 11.40am). Apologies for the slowness of this site over the past 24 hours or so - this is a service provider issue and as such, it is not possible to say at this stage how long the problem will take to resolve. It is because of this that it is currently not possible to update the site. If anyone wishes to make team changes and are (or have been) unable to, please email details of changes to feedback@speedwayleague.net and we will make sure the transfers are back-dated for you so you do not lose out on any points.

Transfers have now been done thanks to the temporary location.
My 2 previous transfers have reaped rewards so i'm optimistic that Hampel for Danny King, Lambert for Klindt & Tomicek for Forsberg will be equally fruitful.
