Well, time for a new thread. Who will succeed Jubliani as the winner? (For those, like me, who are wondering what Jubliani is, it's apparently the new ball used in this year's World Cup).
Is there anyone who hasn't picked the winner yet this year, who would like to? The winner is to be chosen on Saturday, July 3.

As for your current league position, well someone has to finish bottom. Just look forward to 2011, when you'll be top and the Poo Primates will be bottom. ;D ;D

Matej Zagar for his woeful performance and attitude at Belle Vue tonight.
Heat 1 missed the gate, tootled around for 2 laps and gave up but finished the race. Heat 5 was twice outgated by Josh Grajczonek and managed half a lap before giving up. Heat 11 misses the gate and again tootles around at the back for a couple of laps before giving up. Heat 13 pops out the start and looks like a world beater.
Shocking from a No.1. How glad I am he chose Eastbourne over Belle Vue.

He only scored 3 points in Poland on Sunday too. Not the sort of performance you'd expect from him.

Hatcham, are you living on Planet Zog and so missed the budget yesterday? As otherwise you'd fully understand why I nominared the hypocrite Clegg.

Has to be Nick Clegg .....those posters on him warning about the tories and Vat and now going along with it . Agreed: Commenting, Nick said, “Every Scottish person knows from the Poll Tax that you cannot trust the Conservatives on tax. It was the Poll Tax that drove the Conservatives out of Scottish politics. It is tax that will make sure they never return. “Liberal Democrats have costed, in full, our proposals for tax cuts. We can tell you, penny for penny, pound for pound, who pays for them. “We will not have to raise VAT to deliver our promises. The Conservatives will. Their tax promises on marriage and jobs may sound appealing. But they come with a secret VAT bombshell close behind.
“So if you’re on an ordinary income, you have a choice. If you want your taxes to rise: vote Labour or Conservative. If you want your taxes to fall: choose the Liberal Democrats.” ok ;D www.dundeewestend.com/2010/04/scottish-liberal-democrat-campaign.html

“So if you’re on an ordinary income, you have a choice. If you want your taxes to rise: vote Labour or Conservative. If you want your taxes to fall: choose the Liberal Democrats.” [/b][/quote] But the public DIDN'T Choose the Liberal Democrats, they chose the Conservatives(ish) or more to the point they chose to not to re-elect the worst political party since Pol Pot took over in Cambodia. How can anyone blame Clegg for not standing by Lib Dem policies ? he doesn't call the shots, he just assists, he's a bit like Robin, he doesn't decide when the to get the Batmobile out, he just jumps in when he's told to..

With Labour being such a disaster it makes one wonder how Cameron and his cronies managed to blow a long term lead during the build up which had the Tories on course for an outright majority? "Clegg for not standing by Lib Dem policies ? he doesn't call the shots, he just assists" - so a bit like Trevor Swales then: does the work (or props the Tories up in this case) then takes the blame! Notice that Cameron kept out of sight during the Budget speech but made sure that Clegg got plenty of exposure. Cameron and Clegg are Westminster's version of Emmerdale's Edna Birch & Tootsie!
