17. Ryan Fisher 18. Jan Jaros
They are all on the 3rd of July.
It's ridiculous having a round in Togliatti when there is a full programme in Poland the following day. Is it even possible to do that journey overnight - let alone have time to prepare bikes to race again?

The DMU have fined Leon Madsen for having an illegal exhaust on his bike for his qualifying round. Luckily it was detected before the meeting, so he's escaped with just the fine of 2000 Euros.

Not good preparation for Januz Kolodziej. Although he made it to Russia for his round, his mechanics have been detained at the airport with no explanation.
He's also unhappy about the distance he's had to travel to take part in this event. I guess that puts a damper on hopes of an Aussie GP.

Zagar did ride but didn't qualify, and Richardson the same, despite him saying this was probably his last chance.

There were some unexpected results in that Ostrow meeting. I wonder if the new silencers had any part to play in it? With most riders having lack of practice using them, it must be difficult getting set ups right.
As for Rico, he's been having lots of problems with his engines overseas. He spent a fortune on all new equipment, and was going backwards at times. His performances had started to improve though, and he thought he'd got it sorted, but maybe not. I'm sure he'll be gutted not to have got through.
Edit: This is what he put on twitter today:
RicoRacing Just got back from poland. Had the worst day ever! That is it for me I will not try and qualify ever again.....
