Very simple rules. Everyone gets one (and only one!) vote. No split votes - just one person can get your nomination. You can discuss other people's choices, but please post your vote in the form of e.g. "VOTE: Mickey Mouse". Once you've voted, I will quote your post so that there are no last-minute tactical change of votes like last year (yes, I'm looking at you Kev ). Deadline for voting is December 30, so that the winner can be announced before the end of the year.

Edinburgh promoter John Campbell for his hypocritical and unwarrented rants from the Armadale centre-green against anybody he thinks is up to no good . Hardley whiter than white themselves , the Edinburgh promotion never passed up an opportunity to try and snatch the moral highground .

My vote ; - The Planning Committee Birmingham City Council, for taking so much notice of a very small number of people, who must have to point their ear trumpets straight at perry Bar Stadium to hear speedway over the noise of the major trunk roads that run nearby

My vote is for .....
Paulco.
The self appointed antic Monarch whose life would be so dull if he didn't have his daily whines about anything to do with Edinburgh.
Used to laugh at you and with you Paul but the last few seasons have seen you become so bitter, all in the name of banter of course.
Maybe one year we can be shite again then you can be really happy.
