Sling Ward and Woffinden in there for what it's worth.

Magnus Zetterstrom is preparing himself for the 2010 series by taking on a new team who he thinks can help him do well - one of which is former Smederna board member, Fredrik Eklund. Zorro estimates he'll need somewhere in the region of 2m SEK to be competitive - that's around £170,000. No wonder some of the riders are having second thoughts about entering. folket.se

After his failure in Croatia today it should be interesting to see how they spin Woffinden's inclusion in the GPs - he'll be humiliated in the circus. He's no Sajfutdinov.

It will be interesting, but spin it they will. Maybe claiming they were right to include Sajfutdinov and that Woffinden will scale the same heights blah blah. The GP's are full of 'dead wood' the problem is Emil aside the dead wood are still better than the up-and-commers.

Sajfutdinov was a two-time World Under-21 champion - Woffinden has nothing anywhere near that level of schievement. It's worth remembering that this season's World Under-21s is actually devalued because of Sajfutdinov not taking part. He's on a different level altogether.

Your preaching to the converted, but he'll still be selected(assuming Britain is still gifted two places)

I'm not convinced he will be humiliated....certainly no more so than the current British entrants. At least he'll have Zorro (and probably another Brit) to take some points off of! If they ARE going to have two Brits and pick Tai as one, surely they gotta give the other place to Lee Rico....After Monday, it's clear that they would liven things up with their own personal grudges
