I nominate the BSPA for so far failing to act and ban Stanislaw Burza for one season after he missed Berwick's home fixture against Workington last evening.

I nominate the BSPA for so far failing to act and ban Stanislaw Burza for one season. This is one rule I think should be re-written. Has anyone ever received a year's ban? What's the point in having a rule if it's not going to be enforced because it's "for the greater good" - in other words, not penalising the team for an individual's decision? Change the rule to a lesser sentence, then stick to it.

I ask again just what is a rider meant to do when their home country dictates as much as Poland does. When was this meeting in Poland arranged? Was it before the PLRC was announced?
Maybe the Poles should stick to Poland, the Swedes to Sweden and the Brits to Britain etc etc and never the twain shall meet!

Maybe the Poles should stick to Poland, the Swedes to Sweden and the Brits to Britain etc etc and never the twain shall meet! Why put a rule in the rule book if you aren't going to invoke it? As I said during the various goings-on last season, I don't particularly think the riders should be banned. But I wouldn't have placed such a rule in the book. Having done so, the BSPA just looks like the pathetic organisation it is by wimping out of abiding by its own rules. Maybe if the rules were followed, people would take them more seriously.

Sorry for the late decision on this one...until genghis pointed it out last night, I was oblivious to the fact that I was supposed to be making the selection.
A very tough call as there were some very strong candidates thrown up over the last couple of weeks, but I have to go with the nomination of Chris Morton. A completely hopeless way to run his business, allowing an employee to dictate everything to him.
Chris Morton it is then....

It was a forum I set up about my all time favourite TV programme but most Auf Pet fans are content with the Yahoo Group discussion board so I'll be closing it soon. No internet at home at the moment so I have to grab net time when and where I can. As you are a Mod ask Genghis what happened to week 28.....have the marbles gone completely?

It turned out to be a three-week FOTW period, i.e. weeks 26,27 & 28. So the new period is weeks 29 & 30. I know what I'm doing - sometimes.
