I don't think the Ippo fans have accepted it have they Schumi? At the end of the day, it is the fans who are the ones that Nicholls has let down. Maybe you see it another way, but I believe that people in this country should be proud of it. I'm quite patriotic. And that why I find Nicholls's choice of fixtures as wrong. He's British. So wy the hell is he riding in Sweden instead of over here. It's all wrong. I would imagine he would be in breach of contract in Sweden if he didn't turn up, so are you going to suggest he breaks a legally binding agreement with an employer in Sweden or anywhere else because you find it unpatriotic. I know Nicholls is not popular with many on here but on this occasion the problem really is not of his making. Surely it is the Ipswich promotion who have caused the problem. I therefore nominate the Ipswich promotion Beeone, and do you excuse the way in which Nicholls screwed over Jordan Frampton and cost him his team place?

In large part the global superstar created the problem by somehow deciding he was on a similar level to the likes of Nicki P and Crump. He didn't need the British scene. Now that he's returned, Britain has to come third behind Poland (where his performances have been embarrassing) and Sweden. And in the meantime, Jordan Frampton, the Ippo fans, etc, all get screwed. Sub, I used to defend Nicholls as I thought you were being over-harsh on him, but you were right (on this topic, you're still wrong on a lot of other things ). The bloke is a complete waste of space and, worst of all, he has no pride in being British.

Beeone, and do you excuse the way in which Nicholls screwed over Jordan Frampton and cost him his team place? Wasn't Nicholls though was it? Blame Coventry's promotion.

Schumi - so that's Cov's fault, as tomorrow is Ippo's fault? Have you considered it's all caused by the decision of a BRITISH rider to turn his back on riding in BRITAIN, only to discover he wasn't good enough to do so?

genghis I really think you need to take a few deep breaths and calm down.
Obviously the Ippo fans are upset that he is not riding, but casting aspersions on Scott helps no-one or nothing. He was contracted to ride in Sweden tomorrow night, he informed the Ippo management of this fact during the loan agreements, can't see what getting all het up about.
Presumably the promotion didn't inform us of this fact as they probably were waiting to see what rider they would be allowed to bring in, well obviously if you follow the rules a PL rider ave 6 or under, and Jerran fits the bill (albeit bit of a shock hearing about his inclusion) also he has experience around WR.
Anyway, I really don't think it is fair to constantly have a go at Scott.
BTW I'm not one of the fans who are Nicholls mad, just trying to be fair

To be honest, on this occasion the global superstar has little choice other than to ride in Sweden - he signed for his Swedish team in the winter and Ipswich about ten days ago. It was a different story last season when he rode for Rzeszow ahead of Eastbourne, but that's a different matter. Anyway, he's paying a very heavy price for his arrogance.

Or maybe the promotion werent aware of this at all, thats why no one was informed. Them now claiming they knew is to save the face of themselves and try and salvage an ounce of respectability for Scott.
Genghis ENGLISH. Thank you very much.

I'm inclined to place most of the "blame" at the doorstep of Comrade Louis - this is, after all, not a meeting at the Kremlin, so why should he care? His attendance isn't going to be damaged by this nonsense. He has form for this. Remember the visit to Lakeside earlier in the season.

It aint an English league though is it? As it contains Scots and Welsh teams also. So put your chest away and stop beating ya stupid rat catcher.

Good God, Sub and I seem to almost agree, and Nicholls is involved

You are a complete hypocrite Snipster, English speedway is struggling but the problems would not be compounded a jot by the removal of Scottish and Welsh teams from the league. Personally i welcome the league incorporating teams from all corners of the British Isles, and love hearing comments from their valued posters such as Paulco, Dietbowers and Rico, you on the other hand are a complete racist tosser who perpetually bangs on about a load of xenophobic claptrap. Grow up or get yourself a 'real life' friend to annoy.
