Without knowing the exact line-ups I don't know who's at reserve, but Swindon's reserves should be able to beat Lakeside's. Richardson will pick up points, but Davidsson and Nieminen still aren't comfortable away from home, and Jonas' record isn't great at Blunsdon anyway. Joonas is just back from injury (or it's R/R again?) and Adam is still having troubles. All in all I think the Hammers could struggle tonight.

Reserves for west ham are Mear and Robson, a far better bet surely than Piszcz and Hurry were for Poole. KevH even had Mear as one of Team Englands five for the world cup.

But that was pre-Zagar. Presumably he's riding? And the future GP star had one of his worst meetings the night Poole visited.
Edit: yes, Zagar's riding, Gathercole at reserve, and Joonas Kylmakorpi is back for the Hammers.

Two races in and two hammers have hit the deck, Robson has had to pull out of the meeting, and JK's spill in heat 1 was certainly not what the doctor ordered, lets hope they are both ok. With west ham down to a max 6 riders and the meeting lost, i wonder if Snow White will be tempted to tell his remaining dwarfs to 'take it easy' nudge nudge.

Looking like Snow White fancies a bit of 'average manipulation'

And for the second time in the space of four days a team loses both reserves in a meeting, as the Lakeside pair of Mear and Robson are both withdrawn as the Hammers lose at Swindon: SWINDON..541..L Adams..3,3,2,2' = 10+12..S Stead..1,1,3,0 = 53..T McGowan..3,2,2',2,1 = 10+14..J Pavlic..2',1',3,2 = 8+25..M Zagar..1',2,3,3,3 = 12+16..K Stojanowski..0,0,1,1' = 2+17..C Gathercole..3,2,2',0 = 7+1LAKESIDE..361..A Shields..2,3,4,1 = 102..J Kylmakorpi..0,0,1,0 = 13..K Nieminen..0,1,3,3,0 = 74..J Davidsson..1,3,1,3,2 = 105..L Richardson..3,2,1,0 = 66..R Mear..2,0,0,0,0,W = 27..S Robson..W = 0Taken from: www.speedwayupdates.proboards103.com

Looking like Snow White fancies a bit of 'average manipulation' You don't half talk a load of bollocks sometimes Hatcham....look at the facts...Lakeside have already completed the required 12 meetings and their averages dictate that team changes cannot be made, other than on a like for like basis. If you are going to start a 'hate Lakeside' campaign, at least try to keep it credible.

If anyone who was at the meeting tonight noted the gate positions for heats 1 & 15, I'd be grateful if they could share.

If you read my posts on the subject Kev, you'll see i totally agree with the general content of their press release but unfortunately the only part picked up by Skysport(as Cook knew would be the case)and potentially the rest of the press and the betting market was the aspertions levelled at Poole over 'cheating' and as (unless they have a witness) the case could not possibly be proven, they are in my opinion a couple of dangerous fools. You obviously view them differently, but lets not forget there is not a top flight club in any sport with a bigger catchment area than them, and their attempts to improve crowd numbers are lamentable.

Well no it's not, you don't seem to deal in facts just lately. Why not, for the sake of accuracy have a look at the attendance figures for this season and compare them to Poole's for example? As I've said elsewhere, continue your vendetta against them by all means, but if you try to get your facts right your thoughts may begin to gain some credence.

Kev your in danger of becoming one of those hysterical supporters who defends his club with his eyes closed, i dont have a vendetta against west ham, just strongly disagree with your promoters actions this week, As for your attendances, they are shocking, and your club, like most others its true to say are doing nothing to improve them, they may well be better than Poole's, they may be better than many others but they are still shocking. Speedway attendances are dropping, TV audiences are to my knowledge holding there own, but the interest in the betting markets are progressing very very strongly, if you dont bet, fine, your choice, but your promotion and all the others are making no attempt to tap into it and they should be, why this is i dont exactly know, possibly due to incompetence, and possibly because they spend all their time trying to get one up on each other. If you want to bury your head in the sand, carry on, i'll state my case and argue my point, if i'm on my own it wont worry me a jot, i'll just battle on until i get bored, and then move on and argue about something else.
