Ht 10 and Indianerna's Gustafsson takes a tumble, is unable to take his place in the re-run and is replaced by Monberg.

How do the averages and team positions work in Sweden for Watt to be at reserve? Watt, at 5.54, has a lower average than the 5 riders above the line. Thanks erik, I suppose that shows how competitive the league in Sweden is, compared to over here.

If he keeps going the way he is it won't be long before Monberg IS a reserve. However, I'm with you. I don't know why that was allowed - maybe it's a mistake?

A very important factor is the poles. They generally fly on swedish tracks, while they often struggle in Britain, making it that much harder for riders like Watt to shine.

It seems very strange to me, though I'm not a living rule book I have watched speedway all my life and it just felt wrong.

It's good to see Mikael Max returning to some form, he's been abysmal for the last five years or so. Good on him!

Erik, would you mind finishing off the heat details for the Smederna meeting for me please? I have to nip off for a bit, but I'll sort the notes later. Sorry - if it had started on time I'd have been okay.

Thanks, Erik, you're a star. No major shocks, apart from perhaps Kosciecha and Sundstrom's scores. Indianerna were unlucky to lost Simon, but it's balanced out by Jedrzejak's poor showing. No date, as yet, for the restaging of the rained off meeting.
