I'm amazed how LW is on nil points, but is enjoying a Chinese on the back of King Emil's victory. Sajfutdinov could be the one and only person we all love and agree about. So i'll be the first to say, as brilliant as he is, and even though he may soon rule the speedway world..........tonight... He was lucky.

Sure he was lucky...........if Nicholls' virus had cleared up properly the result would no doubt have been turned on it's head.

Not sure where Nicholls supposed virus comes into in Kev, the British champion fared pretty much as expected, this may well be his last season in the GP's, but why is he the topic of conversation AGAIN ?

Because we're a happy bunch and don't mean anything by it really, but we all like having a good wind-up, and genghis appears to have left the building...

I just dont see the need for taking cheap shots at someone, we all know he shouldn't be there, we all know he's not up to it, and we all know this could well be his last season, but as Britain unfairly gets two entrants he is included. Instead of blaming Nicholls for not being better than he is,we should be asking ourselves, and thats all of us, why we cant find anyone better.

We can, but they're not brave enough to put in Bridger, Kennett, Richardson or Screen. So we're stuck with Nicholls, his pink t-shirt, and his excuses. Can you tell my happy mood dissipated?

What a difference a day (and good odds) make! ;D Don't think any of my 4 selections on here would have earnt us £50 on a £2 bet! Plus Emil was Hays choice, not mine, but it was my idea to share any winnings!! ;D

Not sure what you mean Schumi, Bridger, kennett and Richardson all rode in the same British club as Nicholls last season and were outscored by him almost every match. If they think times have changed they will get the opportunity to prove it at the British championship. Nicholls is not the problem, its the other 60 million of us Britons who cant PROVE we're any better.

At least I wasn't too late on this forum for putting my nominations in. Probably won't bother now on the other forum I knew Emil was good but not that amazing. Put the other riders to shame. Well done to Lindgren

I'll go first for Leszno: Lindgren Nicki P Adams Crump Hope I don't regret putting in the first two ahead of Nicki and Emil. Edit: loyalty won out - Gollob's gone, Nicki's in.
