I'll nominate the junior chipmunk from KL for being a condascending, arrogant twat while posting on the BSF. I have copied the post in its entirity below and highlighted the areas of concern In hindsight I'd have been quicker to highlight the bits that weren't quite so fucking gloating. And before anyone suggests I am being sneaky by griping about it on here and not on BSF I don't think I'd be allowed to vent my true feelings on there. I have previously given junior Chipmunk a piece of my mind to his face (well, even I look down on him actually) and will no doubt have reason to again in the future. Rico www.speedway-forum.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=47468&view=findpost&p=1463649Interesting reading this thread and the thoughts of the fans. Every winter we feel like we HAVE to select a new team by literally ripping the old one apart (because we always seem to do so well) and this season we have 5 new riders, so I personally expected us to be struggling in the first half of the season but to my delight we are putting most teams to shame. Problem is when you are so good the rest look so bad!You may laugh but I acually even considered half way through Wednesdays meeting putting our riders on a 15m handicap as I would love to spice things up for the fans..... but why should we diadvantage our own riders who are so proffesional and talented at what they do?We have slickened the track down as you can see from the race times but that is as far as we will go, any slicker an we run the risk of dust and that would be even more disastourous. At the end of the day I can only hope that the fans can take pleasure in how good we actually are and can appreciate how much talent we have in our team, because I would hate to see our crowds dwindle and put pressure on the club financially. I am sure it won't be long before one of the underdog teams comes to us and gives us a real surprise!regards Jonathan

He's one of the few promoters, along with another JC, Jon Cook, who understand how the game works...

I would like to nominate Mick Bratley for his negative piece in the Peterbrough programme, already posted elsewehere on this forum. Purely in the interests of giving Mimi more choice, I nominate Genghis for making me go and search for the above. Non flapperjacks would have posted a link And I nominate Star Lady for being lazy and expecting a link to everything. Oh, and here's the link to why Mr3awards should become Mr4awards ;D subedei.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=panthers&action=display&thread=3327&page=1

Can't see anything wrong with what he's written. Internet forums are full of petty, unconstructive, ill-informed, negative shit. Idiot supporters with idiot opinions.

Another KNOB then Obviously must be the initials I'll second this nomination due also to the fact that agreeing to let Darcy be our D/U, they now won't let the lad guest for us (or anyone else)

Great stuff from Jonathan Chapman. He's one of the few promoters, along with another JC, Jon Cook, who understand how the game works... Another KNOB then Obviously must be the initials I'll second this nomination due also to the fact that agreeing to let Darcy be our D/U, they now won't let the lad guest for us (or anyone else) Badge - surely it's perfectably understandable why the Silver Machine Knights should want to protect their outstanding new asset. As for Chapman Jnr, he knows what he's doing. He looks after his own fans, while taking the mickey out of the other teams. It's all part of the game. A week before Oxford used to go to Swindon, Bernard Crapper was invited along to Blunsdon, given the mic and would slag off the Robins, saying how useless they were and how Oxford would turn them over. A week later the Swindon fans would turn up in their droves, desperately wanting to beat Oxford (which didn't happen that much, coz we were bloody good during the Nielsen era ) and silence BC. Meanwhile, down the pits, the Swindon promoter would be thanking BC for getting the Budgies fans so wound up and appearing in numbers. It's called promoting, and it's what both Jon Cook and Jonathan Chapman do - create a bit of controversy and therefore put bums on seats.
