No-one interested in this? Although it could be a victim of the weather. Teams should line up as:
Eastbourne:
1..Scott Nicholls 2..Lewis Bridger 3..Lee Richardson 4..Cameron Woodward 5..Edward Kennett 6..Simon Gustafsson 7..James Brundle
Swindon:
1..Leigh Adams 2..Mads Korneliussen 3..Troy Batchelor 4..James Wright 5..Travis McGowan 6..Theo Pijper 7..Seb Alden

Typical british weather, only light drizzle all day until the start of the meeting when it starts to rain heavily Anyway, will have to wait until Monday, when hopefully Kennett will have his bikes sorted out.

will be interesting to see how the seahawks fare tonight,i am not so sure the team is that strong,i'm sure nicholls will be his normal consistant self,in fact i feel he could be in for a decent season, but they look really weak at reserve, with gustafsson and brundle.woodward struggled at arlington all season, and i dont think he likes the track,he will need to improve at home, and the other three are all too prone to go on the 'missing list'.
if the seahawks win comfortably tonight,i'll happily admit i was wrong, but if they look poor i will probably remove this post,as i dont want mimi and sussex bulldog waiting for me in the car park when i make my regular visits.

But they are against Swindon Stuart. We are a one man team away from home.

But they are against Swindon Stuart. We are a one man team away from home. having seen travis and troy at arlington i would imagine it was not among their favourite tracks, however i think you robins look fairly decent at reserve,i quite like theo, and fully expect seb alden to have a big season. hopefully mads will continue to improve, and wright's gating will always bring him a decent score. i dont think you boys look too bad. but time will tell.

Oh I don't know. You probably couldn't pick two nicer Eastbourne fans to be waiting for you in the car park. Can't say the Eastbourne team has much appeal for me now, but I shall be keeping an eye on young Simon and hoping he does well.

Eastbourne 52 (Nicholls/Richardson 10+1) Swindon 41 (Adams 17) Stuartroad you were wrong, but then we were against a 1 man Swindon, maybe we should wait until Poole's visit on Friday to see what the team is really like. Very pleased with the Eagles tonight, very impressed with Woodward scored paid 11, only beaten by Adams and missed the gate a few times but managed to stay controlled to pass people, which is something he couldn't do last season. Another one that impressed was Gustafsson, we have got a good little rider there. The others were as expected. As much as I love Scotty, I really am going to miss Nicki, it just isn't the same. Swindon were really just Adams, think they may struggle on the road this season. Biggest shock of the meeting was there were no pre heat wheelies from Mr Bridger

BTW, I hear Scotty was giving teddies away after his exclusion this evening.............did you manage to get one? I agree with your sentiments on Simon, and you can't fail to be impressed by Cam's score tonight.........it could be a good season for the sparrows.

As much as I love Scotty, I really am going to miss Nicki, it just isn't the same. But the updates site did suggest that the former British champion did manage a little tantrum after being excluded in Ht 13, so at least he's making the effort to fill Nicki P's boots.

That maybe the case, but I didn't get to see it.
Adams was also doing his best to do an impression of Nicki in this heat, as he was in gate 1 and took Scotty, gate 2, out wide till the airfence was the only place for Scotty to go.
