Crump seems to have settled into his self-satisfied, "I'm world champion, so no need to try" mindset - he's done it every time and it's cost him dearly the following year.

And unfortunately, Gollob's lack of interest in one or two GPs has deprived us of a decent challenge. Shame - he had a real chance this year.

The Russian diva overreacting again. He clearly took out Bjerre, and has nothing to complain about. For once the referee has had the bollocks to exclude their little money-spinner.

Another correct decision from Steele - what's got into him tonight? He's usually one of the worst referees around, but he's done quite well tonight.

Was actually nice to see 4 "unlikely's" in the final for a change. Pity Freddie tailed off towards the end of the meeting tho'.

The usually dependable Steele was awful tonight: Pedersen/Sayfutdinov - wrong decision, Nicki was sent sprawling by the increasingly dirty little bastard of a Russian. Hancock/Gollob - wrong decision, Gollob wobbled and then went down like an old woman. Lindgren/Gollob/Holta - wrong decision, Lindgren cannoned into Gollob and caused him to wipe out Holta. The only time Steele got it right was to exclude the mad bastard Russian from the final and that one was so obvious anyway.

Can't agree with that Pedersen/Sajfutdinov - when will Nicki learn he won't get a restart just because he throws himself to the floor? Umpteenth time this season. Correct decision. Lindgren/Gollob/Holta - Lindgren gave Gollob a push, but don't tell me Gollob could not have avoided that crash going from the inside to the fence, he should have eased off the gas a little but he wanted to protect the second place from Holta. Correct decision. Hancock/Gollob was the only debatable decision, but it's hard to say if it was the wrong decision.
