I wouldn't say it was hypocrisy Sube, Pedersen was at fault for his exclusion. He tried dropping it on Walasek. If Walasek didn't turn it was because he had no room to do so. The hypocrisy wasn't in the comments about his exclusion, but his comments regarding Walasek not turning and taking Harris wide in the re-run. If you're going to spout stuff like that, you don't do more or less the same later on. I see what you mean, but it's standard stuff from the poison dwarf, he's not exactly known for being smooth & controlled on the bike if things aren't going his own way. Great result tonight. I used to despise Crump with a passion but as he's mellowed over the past 5 years or so, so has my attitude towards him. As great as it would have been to see a Gollob victory in Poland tonight, I can't see TG being a threat for the title this year, so I'm pleased that tonights GP winner was someone who is in with a real shout of relieving Pedersen of his crown.

Who missed out on the 8 pts? Holta . On the gate picks . Even if i wanted gate 3 , i would be drawn towards Miss Yellow . Paulco, I think you're correctly identified the true star of tonight's Grand Prix.

Well, the national embarrassment is really excelling himself this season. At the moment, he's 16th in the standings and there's only 15 permanent riders in the series. That takes some going.

Sentencing the riders...
Nicki Pedersen: His hold on the world championship is starting to look very shaky. Jason Crump: Nothing missing for the Crumpster tonight, he looked the "real deal". Tomasz Gollob: A welcome return to form, but this was on a "Gollob friendly" track and tougher tracks lie ahead. Greg Hancock: Another GP where Hancock looks the business and then wilts during the "crunch" heats; he ought to be disappointed with fourth. Hans Andersen: Another very unconvincing display and I doubt a return to these shores will have the desired effect. Leigh Adams: Never looked likely. Andreas Jonsson: A lot lucky in Ht 19, on the face of it, but he did very well, although never looked a likely winner. Rune Holta: Just missed out on the semis, but can be satisfied with his showing. Scott Nicholls: A sentence isn't really required, since one word would suffice and that word is "abject". Fredrik Lindgren: As good as he was in Prague, he was just as bad at Leszno - he just doesn't seem to "get" Polish tracks. Chris Harris: He got five points and that'll probably keep him satisfied, such is the poverty of his ambition. Kenneth Bjerre: He was rather anonymous, wasn't he? Grzegorz Walasek: Wasn't anywhere near weird enough, but I'm hoping for big things in Gothenburg and he wasn't about to be bullied by Nicki P. Sebastian Ulamek: Steady away; a good evening's work. Emil Sajfutdinov: Another encouraging display, although I suspect the "big guns" weren't under-estimating him this time and that counted against him in the semis. Jaroslaw Hampel: I expected a bit more from him, but he did make the semis.

Sentencing the riders...Kenneth Bjerre: He was rather anonymous, wasn't he? Oi! I've got copyright on that and use it regularly. Even when he scores big in the EL you hardly notice him. If Peter Collins was still commentating he'd keep spouting on about Bjerre sitting in his armchair.
