Massive congratulations to Emil. The best rider on the night and thoroughly deserved to win. Relive his first win here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLCOTdudvdcPS. How quick was I getting that uploaded?

So, unless I am much mistaken that means:
Global Superstar, 69 Grands Prix and not a win. Emil Sajfutdinov, 1 Grands Prix and 1 win.
Tee hee Mrs Miggins, tee hee.

Had to watch this with a 2 hour delay, as I had to wait for United v Spurs to finish Wow, this was the 1st time I've seen Emil ride and I can see what all the fuss is about. Superb exciting stuff from him Knew Nicki would regret not taking gate 4, but he will bounce back. And what a surprise, it's the same useless stuff from the British clowns

I love him - very exciting to watch...just the breath of fresh air the GP's need. Ha ha, I did laugh my socks off when Nikki didn't even make the final....... Shame Lindgren didn't win, but was really chuffed for Emil - and what a nice chap too ! A pat on the back for our Kenneth Bjerre too !

Prague is an excellent city to host a GP, it's just a shame the track at the Marketa is so crap. I almost dozed off once or twice watching tonight, and if it hadn't been for Emil & Freddie would probably have been flat out & snooring by 7:30pm. Instead I was shouting at the TV come 8:45 and the neighbours will have guessed Speedway's back on Sky. ;D
Great to see some new young riders at the top of the tree, Pedersen, Andersen and although he made the final, Crump didn't really look as dominant as I'd expect them to be at this level. Hopefully their inconsistencies continue and we'll have a good, open GP series this year.

Sentencing the riders...
Nicki Pedersen: Looks to have lost something and needs to get that something back. Jason Crump: Still seems to be something lacking. Tomasz Gollob: Still won't do it when the track isn't "just so"; challenge over, but will still be there or thereabouts. Greg Hancock: Still a great rider, great starter, but doesn't have what it takes at the crucial stages more often than not. Hans Andersen: I'm just not convinced and never have been. Leigh Adams: Heroically, after over a decade riding in the place, he still refuses to pronounce Leszno right, but once again he didn't have what it takes when the final came around. Andreas Jonsson: Another who just can't see to do it at the crucial time. Rune Holta: Fast in front, hopeless when not in front. Scott Nicholls: Tee hee Mrs Miggins, tee hee. Fredrik Lindgren: A great start, he does seem to be stepping up to the plate, but Leszno is crucial for him. Chris Harris: He's satisfied with mediocrity, but why should the rest of us be? Grzegorz Walasek: Suitably weird. Sebastian Ulamek: A steady start for the guy, but I suspect steadiness is all we'll see from him. Emil Sajfutdinov: I was convinced before, I'm triple-convinced now; he was fantastic.
