when i finally solve the conundrum of this seasons elite champions,i'll happily change it. Don't you dare go for Poole.. having watched them last night, and with zabik out,its looking unlikely. but never say never. your scotty posed for a nice pic with younger two princesses last night. pleasant chap

Is Zabik actually out then? I thought it was bruising in the end?

Is Zabik actually out then? I thought it was bruising in the end? not sure to be honest,i thought i read he had broken his wrist, but i am far too tired to discover the truth. i put in a 17 hour day without a break on thursday, went to work 5.30 yesterday morning, back by 9,quick shower then drove to ipswich, then to eastbourne, finally got home at midnight, and then sat up half the night watching the cricket. so the contrition you detect is merely exhaustion.

The rider went to a hospital in Poole. - I had problems with my hand, especially with a wrist but fortunately nothing is broken. However we decided to resign from the evening return match - admits the rider. From www.karolzabik.com/english/index.php

He did 'attack' Bridger and with that lad's track record with his fists and foreigners. Who knows of the fall-out?
NB. All said in the best possible jest.

Potentially a bigger problem for Poole could be a reaction from Torun - I can imagine the Polish club, coached by Zabik's father, had a few jitters when they heard the news.
