Tomasz Gollob has won 13 GPs – 8 of which have been in Poland. Nicki's won 9, so far, in various countries and has been in the series five years less (counting wild card appearances.) He's not a one-track pony. Nicki's currently averaging 13.07 points per GP, Thomas is on 12.31. Tomasz has been in 30 GPs more than Nicki – Nicki only has to average 10.6 points a GP to beat his points haul with all races equal. Nicki is averaging higher in the leagues they both compete in. So who's the better rider? And don’t say Crump.

Fingers crossed the weather behaves itself for tonight´s restaging at Vastervik. And genghis should've witnessed a magnificent display from the Great Man Tomasz Gollob - unbeaten tonight. Anything Nicki P can do Tomasz Gollob can do better. But what happened to Lukas D, young genghis? Allthough the scores were very tight, the meeting at Vastervik was much less entertaining than the one we witnessed 24 hours earlier at Motala. Vastervik is a weird shape and anyone who drifts off the inside line is in trouble. Even Gollob was simply gating and going. As for Lukas, well everyone is entitled to a bad meeting now and then. And the Swedush heat format is unforgiving who riders in the top 5 who are off¨form. As you can imagine, there was a fellow WWoS member in attendance who was quite pleased with the fact that Lukas managed just a point.

As for who´s the better rider. Well, to date it´s Gollob with 13 to 9 GP wins, but in the long-run it probably will be Pedersen.

The great man Tomasz Gollob. Can I ask you again when you've watched the replay of the GP?

Bumper pay night for the Indians who beat Smederna 69-27. At first glance you'd be surprised to see Monberg getting a paid maximum, but that's reflective of just how bad Smederna were. Danny King the best of the bunch for the away team, scoring 10+1, but when you see he had seven rides, perhaps it's nothing to write home about.
