You're not being very consistent, Schumi. Take those Ferrari tinted specs off and look again. Massa should have a ten-place grid penalty for the next race. The precedent has been set - it wasn't just Hamilton penalised after Canada, remember? No, but Massa hit no-one - both the others did, and caused the retirement of their competitors. Now, I think I was more than fair with my post saying Massa should have had a drive through penalty. Wasn't I? I'll leave it at that.

And in case anyone's interested, the mechanic who hit their head when Raikkonen jumped the release seems to be okay.

Glad to hear the mechanic is ok - that looked very nasty!
I'm not a serious spectatator (takes way too long to complete so I tend to nod off if I try to watch the whole thing...) but can't get my head round something happening that is clearly a safety hazard and then an announcement that the stewards will discuss it after the race has finished - smacks of 'different penalties for different teams' to me. While some of the ;infringements' on track may need further debate, something like this in the pit lane should be far easier to define and hence specify exactly what the penalties are... Massa didn't impress me either with his 'i was in the lead so he should have given way to me' comment after the race - what did he expect Sutil to do, drive into the wall to let him pass?

And even then there wasn't much room for manoeuvre in that particular pit lane unless Sutil's car has the ability to suddenly shrink to half it's width at the touch of a button

Had a walk around the track today - what a load of rubbish. Quite aside from the fact it must be the most unimaginative racing circuit ever, the whole thing is half-finished. How on earth does Ecclestone get away with criticising Silverstone when rubbish tracks like this and Singapore are added to F1.
