And how on earth is this move - which shits all over poor Mildenhall - in the best interests of the sport? That's not the issue. It's a matter of opinion. You claimed a rule had been broken. It hasn't. Anyway, the fact is - Travis is a Swindon rider and asset. He's not owned by Bloodymildenbleedinghall. If Swindon decide they don't want to loan him out then surely they can put a block on such a move - and nobody has even confirmed that this is what happened. I reckon people are making far too much of it.

That, if anything, proves my point. In fact, I'd say that if Swindon did want to use THEIR OWN rider, then it would give a valid reason for him not being allowed to join Mildenhall which, otherwise, there wouldn't seem to be.

Grachan, what nonsense. You can't recall a rider after allowing him to go on loan to another team. This whole matter stinks to high heaven.

How exactly has this rule been contravened? Are you saying the BSPA MC didn't monitor the move? Because that's the only way I can see that it might have been. 17.4.2 The BSPA MC shall monitor all proposed moves and be satisfied they are in the best interests of the sport and have sole responsibility to approve all Declared and Re-Declared Team Line-Ups, notifying all such approvals on the appropriate paperwork. And how on earth is this move - which shits all over poor Mildenhall - in the best interests of the sport? Why is this incident shitting all over Mildenhall ? had Alden stayed fit they would have had Mcgowan but he got injured so the Robins want Travis back, happens in plenty of other sports, Swindon have the elite title to chase, Mildenhall have fuck all to race for, i suggest you and all the Fen tigers accept that sometimes life kicks you in the bollocks and you just have to get on with it.

I nominate John Louis for being a charlatan and a hypocrite. What rot. Why should Louis take the blame for Polish Speedway riding roughshed over the sport in Britain once more? What choice did he have but to place a 28-ban on Hampel? What was far worse was the way riders were allowed to swap teams from one half to the other last night. That's what really made the sport look daft.

What's ridiculous is that people are getting all carried away about Swindon using one of their own riders!

Indeed it does, but what concerns me far more in the case is the lack of consistency and fairness. Would any team bar Swindon be allowed to do this?

There are far too many spurious rules for there to be any consistancy, question is if this was any team BAR Swindon would you be complaining ? I also would have thought considering Ipswich's actions last night, and Peterborough and Poole's constant shenanigans, Swindon's behaviour looks markedly tame

That's what really made the sport look daft. Not to have any poles in his team in the first place then poland would not be able to roughshot over the sport would they ? He also could have had a pl six point rider to replace hampel as the matches last night did not matter but instead he got jarek a ban and is now missing his best rider for the most important match of the season . So he had plenty of choices .

Of course he did. And just in case we've forgotten, John Louis chose NOT to report that Robert Miskowiak was with-holding his services in similar circumstances not too long ago. And Swindon chose NOT to report Tomasz Chrzanowski for with-holding his services in similar circumstances last season and they had him available to ride in the play-offs. Okay, maybe that wasn't such a great idea.
