If only he had a bit of arrogance, he could have been a very good speddway rider.

I never realised until I read it a few days ago that he is still only mid 20's, he seems to have been around for a long while (from memory he was the next big thing as a 16 year old a Pboro?). The move to Scunthorpe could prove to be one step backwords for two forwards, or so he is hoping
