This company is definately my flapperjack of the week. Nationwide Autocentre of High Wycombe. I have spent a couple of thousand on servicing my car in the past couple of years. Strewth Joanne! I go to our local Peugeot garage where we bought our 206 seven years ago and they charge around £160 for a service and M.O.T. What on earth are they doing to yours for a couple of thousand?

I'm going to nominate campaigners in the Henley consituency by-election. Sick to the back teetch of them filling up my letterbox with flyers, papers, personally addressed letters etc. Acutally find it quite disgusting that one of the major parties who generally campaign for "Green" issues have been one of the worst this week for flyering. Today alone I've had 5 different campaign leaflets etc dropped through my letter box from just two parties. Last week we had over 30 different pieces of literature forced upon us - good job we have a recylcing box eh! What's really just got me tho is I've just answered the door to a Lib Dem campaigner. Some middle-aged woman stood at my door with her bright yellow sun visor cap on, rossette, clip board & inane grin ready to pounce "Hello Mrs Smith, have you voted yet?" None of her business if I have voted, or who I voted for, but what did fuck me off is that I told her I wasn't Mrs Smith, she's the elderly lady who lives in the bungalow next door to us. I asked her politely not to disturb Mrs Smith and before I could explain why was asked in a condescending voice "awwww is she porely?" Explained through now gritted teeth, that no she was not generally poorly, but was recovering from a broken thigh and it takes a while for her to get to the door at the moment as she's walking with a a frame, and basically I didn't want her disturbed for someone to hand her another leaflet. This woman wouldn't give up. "Do you think she's been out to vote yet today then?" I told her it was doubtful as she was just about able to make it to the end of the close with her frame, "Oh, I could drive her to the polling station then" I'm really started to get annoyed by this point, and really just wanted to tell her to fuck off, but remained polite. I did mention that I didn't think it was particuarly environmentally friendly driving someone 1/4 mile to a polling station - she didn't have an immediate answer to this , and told her again, that I really didn't think it was a good idea to disturb my neighbour just to personally hand her a campaign leaflet. Her parting shot before I closed the door in her face was "well, let's just hope we don't lose by one vote then! It's very close" If I was teetering on the edge of deciding who to vote for today, "little miss sunshine" would have just lost the Lib Dems my vote! As it is, we have Bananaman Owen from the Monst Rav Loons probably picking up a few extra votes along with no doubt a few votes for Amanda Harrington from the Miss Great Britain Party!

Its your turn for the Byelection bandwaggon then.
They were probably up our way for the Crewe and Nantwich byelection pissing us off. That was the Tory hooray Herberts getting everyone out to vote.
At least 3 knocks on the door, tons of unwanted paper and my particular favorite tossers, the ones that block the way to the polling station asking for your voter number, they got told where to go.

I came out the garage with a major service which included new exhaust and something done to the brakes for £560 only in March. Everytime I go there they find something else wrong with it even though that problem seems fine to me. And still Nationwide Autocentres haven't phoned And to top it all the local Ford garage have just tried to diddle me on a new Ford Ka. I ended up walking out the garage. Next time I go into a garage I will pick up a big bloke off the streets and take him in with me. Not going to worry about it now. Going to Cardiff and going to enjoy myself

They probably had a better chance of winning in Haltemprice and Howden. They've no chance at all in Henley.

My nomination goes to Dorna sports for taking the Motogp coverage off Eurosport and giving it to the BB fuckin C and their shit coverage of sports. They have not been interested for years and now because of the Rossi, Toseland factor we are going to have to put up with the Suzi Perry making an idiot of herself week in week out, HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Your membership of her fanclub lapsed then Jive I remember you thinking she was pretty good....or was that just as eye candy I have to agree with BBC sports coverage tho, it's pathetic. They seem to have contracted loads of British ex sports people, most of whom never won anything of note, presumably on very high money contracts so they are using them everywhere. I turned on coverage of Trooping the Colour the other day to hear that stupid woman horse person telling us that different regiments fed their horses on different horse food. Who the fuck wants to know that

He just liked Suzy's thripennies SL, but she's getting on bit now & she keeps 'em covered up a bit more Agree though the BBC's bike coverage isn't as good as Eurosport (who imo aren't as good as Sky used to be either), but at least they won't cut to a commerial break when you got 2 or 3 riders dicing for the lead.

When she done the Sky Speedway she was pretty good, in fact I spoke to her at Lynn when she was virtually unknown, was really nice and down to earth. But ugh she has become such a groupie on the motogp coverage, its all about hanging around JT, she's still not bad looking but i'm afraid her high and mightiness has let her down!

Indeed they did, trailing in 5th behind Lib Dem, Greens & BNP and pulling in less than 200 votes more than UKIP in 6th.
