According to posts elsewhere tonight, Bomber was a non gater winning on a gaters track while guesting for Ippo at Poole, so hopefully his bike problems are sorted. Bad news about young Kenneth Bjerre and I wish him a speedy rcovery, but I reckon with Rory getting his act together and if Stan can get out of the gate the Bees could get five points in a day on bank holiday Monday. :)Oh come on , surely the world still loves an optimist!!!!!!!!! ;D I will be attending both away and then at home, anyone else going? Mrs Beeone is also planning to attend both!

We will be at both, but it appears the weather forecast is not too good, which is a real pig as I've been looking forward to these meetings for ages..If you like we could travel over together?

According to the Forecast, for the whole of England from Derbyshire southward heavy rain is expected for pretty much the whole day! Still the optimist in me will hope for the best and hope the forecasters are wrong, though they generally only seem to be wrong when they forecast sunny days! ;)I rarely look at the Peterborough threads, don't they usually end up as "you bastards closed our track" or "I hate Bratley/Horton" and stuff like that?

:-[Having had a quick look, it seems I was mistaken about the tone of the Panthers threads, it must just be when certain names occur in other threads that the insults start. ;D

We're resigned about it now too...sadly...I suspect there's a chance that Hans won't be riding and has probably infuenced our decision to not go to the Showground tomorrow...

Your first meeting for two weeks , it's also a bank holiday and it pisses down . On a brighter note it's beautiful up here in God's country . Blue skies , warm sunshine , but my head hurts from yesterday . Getting home 6 hours after heat 15 finished in a home meeting is close to my record . ;D

::)Oh well, so much for optimism! Rained on and for most of the afternoon and has got heavier as the day went on. Now confirmed on Bees website that this evenings match is OFF.
