Freddie Lindgren for a poor effort for the Wolves on Thursday before his GP win (I go with Pearson & Totem's greater knowledge ;D) last night!

If Holta has won the GP, I'm nominating Nigel Pearson for confusing everyone saying Lindgren would win even if he didn't win the race because he had scored more points on the night. I'm glad more and more people are coming to see the screaming imbecile for what he is: a screaming imbecile. To clarify, the winner of the final is the winner of the Grand Prix, regardless of points scored. I agree Sub...bear in mind this idiot is the BSPA press officer for fucks sake! If the 'spokesperson' for Brisitsh speedway can't even be arsed to learn the rules then it just shows how pitiful this sport really is! Olsen, sadly, will probably win over Pearson but both he and Tatum deserve a notable mentions imho. Don't forget there are people who watch the GP's even when they don't really follow the sport...how many of those potential supporters will have gone to bed thinking Freddie won the GP and woke up this morning to find Holta won after all!

We won run a vBookie on one forum I use - I persuade the chap whose runs it to open up a book on last night's GP. He was watching it on Sky and I was keeping everyone informed via my Polish Canal online stream. The chap came back to say Lindgren had won...after some corrections and the wait for the result to come through an official body....Holta won and no-one won any money.

OK, surely decision time has passed, who won, Marron? Olsen may well be an overwhelming favourite , but the shameful commentating of Pearson and Tatum on Saturday deserves to win hands down . Up until now Pearson hasn't really bothered me too much , but that was shocking .

I'd like to nominate marron for not doing the job he was given to do.....namely choosing the FOTW. He's posted on the forum twice this morning so no excuses Unless of course he wasn't told he was the chosen/choosing one

So, who'll follow Colin Meredith into the hall of shame? I don't know, but I've a feeling a couple of Newcastle types could be a safe bet [glow=red,2,300]with marron being nominated to make the decision.[/glow] And now we're open for nominations. Very first post, no excuses Tut tut tut.....

I'm glad more and more people are coming to see the screaming imbecile for what he is: a screaming imbecile. To clarify, the winner of the final is the winner of the Grand Prix, regardless of points scored. Certainly fooled the bookies as well! My bet on Holta was settled for place only until they realised the Sky Team have no idea what they're on about and credited the win ;D here is the e-mail: Dear Sir/Madam, We are unfortunately writing to inform you of a settlement error that occurred on the William Hill website for the Swedish Speedway Grand Prix competition. The competition was inadvertently settled as 1st F. Lindgren, 2nd R. Holta and 3rd N. Pedersen, when it should have been settled as 1st. R Holta, 2nd. F. Lindgren and 3rd. N. Pedersen , and as such your bet has been settled incorrectly. In accordance with Rule 19 Terms of Use of William Hill website : "Should we mis-state any odds or terms of a bet or gaming wager to you as a result of obvious error in inputting the information via the William Hill Websites, or as a result of a computer malfunction, the bet or game will be deemed to have taken place on the correct terms or prices which were available through William Hill (absent the publishing error) at the time that the bet was struck, and the game or bet will be deemed to have taken place on the terms which were usual for that game. In relation to this rule your bet(s) will be resettled to reflect the true result. Funds will be credited to or withdrawn from your account, so you willl see your balance redressed accordingly. In relation to this rule your bet(s) have been voided and as a consequence your account has been taken overdrawn. Well it has to be Ole Olsen and his pals for serving up one of the worst tracks i have ever seen. Very dangerous and he should be given the boot from the job he has carried out so badly for too long now.
Mr Olsen, you are officially the 'Flapperjack of the (last) Week'
Mr. English, you can count yourself lucky that there was an even bigger prat this week than yourself.
