New board, so we need something to put in it, and the news that Magnus Karlsson has signed from Wolves fits that bill nicely.
Magnus and Rich Hall will spearhead the latest addition to the premier league's side.

Personally, I think it's a shame Tai Woffinden isn't riding for the Scorpions, but hey ho!!

Really, really pleased for Carl a lovely lad, who was very popular as the D/U with Danny King at Ippo. Best of luck to him at his new club. Is his average too high to be our No 8

They're putting together a very useful team at Scunthorpe. Certainly looks fairly solid even to my limited knowledge of the Premier League. Plenty of Elite League Experience in there and a very good top 5 on paper.

Indeed, they could struggle for heat wins away from home IMO but will certainly be strong at home.

Benji Compton completes the Scunthorpe line-up, which is, in no particular order:-
Magnus Karlsson Viktor Bergstrom Richard Hall Andrew Moore Carl Wilkinson Byron Bekker Benji Compton
Which looks a fairly useful team to me!!

Compton will be alright at home, but can't see him doing much away. Same goes for Bekker. Bergstrom is a risk, but he may turn out to be worth that risk. Wilko is a solid 6-7 point man. Karlsson will be around his 7-8 point average and Hall and Moore should also be around their 7-8 point averages. Can't see them winning the league, but can see them being in the top 6.

Well, I know knack all about it to be honest, unlike Sube, kevH and you Mildy, but I have at least heard of all the names before.(A first for me..) I reckon, this coming season subject to our commitments, I think I'll get myself down there and break the habit of a life time and start supporting a team. Anyway, I am going down there this Saturday to take some photo's of the first of the practice/meetings. I'll post some on here Saturday night. (If they are worth posting of course...)
