his reason for not wanting to have his pic taken with the little lad? He "didn't have his right hat on". Sorry Crump - as a rider you've got talent, but as a person, you're a total flapperjack. I can see this leading up to my favourite Jason Crump story when I've a bit more time to post!

Fear not schumi, I'm sure you'll be a forum admin longer than he will.

Do you know something I don't? We all know something that Bratley apparently doesn't. And that's that he's a flapperjack.

The Peterborough promotion should be used as a case study of how not to conduct public relations. Bide your time though - he (or in this case she) who laughs last, laughs longest.

I can see this leading up to my favourite Jason Crump story when I've a bit more time to post! Is this the Rye House story? Thats the one kev. So in case we've not bored anyone with this story before, here goes.... Back in March, WvsH and I went to Rye House for their P&P day, to which the Poole riders were also invited. Now Hayley (WvsH) is a keen photographer and had been happily snapping away all day when she saw Jason Crump walking towards her. Now for those of you who don't know Hayley, shes not some star-struck little girl wanting to mix it with the top riders, shes just as happy taking pics of Brendan Johnson, as she is the World Champion. Anyway she asks Jase as he approaches if he can pose for her, he begins to slow down when he notices the jacket she is wearing. (Hans Andersen for anyone still interested! ) and then begins walking past saying, not with you wearing that jacket!!! Hayley waited for him to slow down and crack a joke, but no, he was serious and carried on walking by! As Robyn said he might be a great rider, but as a person- a total flapperjack.

First of all thanks for the story. Second, Hayley has an excellent choice in jackets. Thirdly, just shows how much I know coz I'd always thought Hans and Jason got on quite well. you often see them huddled in conversation at GPs. Oh well.... there's nowt so queer as folk. But not sure jason will be top flapperjack this week. Like Genghis said earlier, my money's on Lord Flapperjack this week in the light of the forthcoming forum.

Let's face it LW. Even I would not like my picture taken with someone in a Hans Andersen jacket. ;D At least he is consistent.

Not a Crump fan. In fact I was shaking my head at the Crump logo on Bagpuss's fleece on Friday night.
I'll second the Crump nomination. Purely cause the guy seems rude.

Yes true, shows how 2 faced he is because about 2 weeks later Hayley and I went to the Pairs at KL and Jason was all over Hans on the podium!
