Fuck me! Fantastic ride from Laguta there, although BP is hardly setting the GPs alight with scintillating form.

Just to clarify in the competition, if Lindback pulls out do we get points for predicting zeros for him or not?

No, unlike last time, you didn't predict a withdrawal.
Edit:
Sky may have lost the feed, but sportowefakty.pl are keeping abreast of the results, so we are able to continue with updates.

Much as respected Sam as a rider - he talks a lot of shite on the telly . And with no coverage they're really paddling so i think it's Everton v Blackburn for me .

Some decent races at the start, shame it turned into a one line track mid meeting. That start marshall was a pernickety pillock ::)Was it just me or did Hans indicate he had vision problems after his last ride. I've said before and I have no worries repeating it that when it comes to possible concussion the medics really should stop riders going out on track. They could be a danger to themselves and others. Oh and Millard surpassed himself tonight.....Lindback limping on his leg!!! I'd like to see him limping on his bloody head ;D BTW who holds the Daugovpils track record

Obviously Millard doesn't count the Italian Grand Prix, where Jagus made the final. Only saw the first four heats before the loss of action by Sky saw me heading for the cruel, crazy town. Looks like a good GP for the former British champion and the Gollob renaissance continued. And we all know which Grand Prix is next up and what the Polish maestro thinks of that very special circuit. And speaking of Jagus, as we were earlier, once again he didn't find himself disgraced - I think he's had a very encouraging Grand Prix season.

Unfortunately for me the livestreams were also crap last night. For me anyway.I kept seeing others posting that it was perfect but the DK4 one didn't work at all and the NRK one was very stop-start,so i lost interest. But no-one here or on the BSF has mentioned Lagutas performance? ?From the little bits i saw he was well worth his place.Just hope he gets his nationality thing sorted so we can see him more.Definitely worth an open meeting booking

No-one's been able to say yet whether he's related to Artem, but having seen them both now, they have very similar qualities.

I would say to 99% that Artem is Gregorijs brother ;D Just reading that he hopes to finally get his latvian nationality sorted and represent latvia in the Ice Speedway season. He is also hoping to ride in Sweden next season and i did see England mentioned as well. Seems Olsen was worried about the state of the track and asked for a layer of granite to be put on the track. He was so worried about it in fact that he got on a bike and done a few laps himself ;DHe has ordered more improvements be made in the next two years

Laguta won these heats in a superb confident and accomplished style. The Russians are back out of the speedway wilderness and I feel a big shift in the European centre of gravity is underway - sadly we will lose out in some ways but DAMN how cool is it to see another nation really emerge at this level.
