I think if Berwick had another heatleader like they should at number 5 they would be turning Glasgow over big time. I don't rate Glasgow this season. The scoreline on Friday flattered them somewhat. They have two young lads bedding themselves in and are really prospects for the future and the fact that Trent Leverington is their second heatleader says it all as I feel Trent has gone as far as he will do in his speedway career. Paulco will be really down now as we are losing 2-1 to Dundee United

Glasgow Tigers 47 Berwick Bandits 43. Paulco says he takes it back what he said. How the hell did that happen though?

What do you think Paulco would prefer, the Tigers winning or his other team winning? Looks like the 'gers' may get beat today. As the Tigers should have of course.

Well, young paulco is primarily a speedway guy, so definitely the Tigers winning. But as it turned out, both the Tigers and the Hun won. That said, I can't see him being overly happy about either result. Berwick are a poor side and for them to run the Tigers so close has to be a concern.

We snatched victory from the jaws of defeat today , but a stronger side would have ate us alive today . Early days for both the Tigers and Bandits , but both look cannon fodder i'm afraid .

I'd agree with that, young fellow. Facing facts, Rymel isn't going to keep this form going for a whole season. And nor is Makovsky. But Magosi looks like he could be useful. As for the Tigers, well, I think Parker could find himself fighting a lone battle away from Ashfield.

For the record - Glasgow 47 Messiah 13+1(5) Trent 13+1(6) Robert 8+1 (5) Big Lee 7 (5) Josh 3+2 (4) Mitchell 3 (4) Berwick 43 Magosi 12+1(6) Rymel 11(5) Mad mental Makovsky 9+1(5)Aarnio 5+2(4) Franchetti 4+1(4) McKinna 2(5) Blair 0(1)
Looked bad for Glasgow at one time . Rymel beats the messiah in Ht 1 and never looked back until we got past heat 12 . With Berwick leading 39-33 - A 4-2 and 2x5-1's got Glasgow out of jail . Happy with the win today , but an Edinburgh or Workington would have murdered us today .
