Rye House ceased to be league members earlier in the 2018 season. Flat Track racing and practice speedway sessions are not affected.

I do hope Rye House get up and running again, and at the weekend. It'll be the closest track to me and I miss my weekly speedway fix

The signs of a Rye House speedway revival are sadly very slim IMO. Certainly as we now know there was no indication of a return at top level at the recent senior tracks BSPA AGM. Now some of us are wondering what the forthcoming National League AGM at the end of the month JUST MIGHT produce. But sadly I am sceptical about a Rye House return even at that level. Even the famed rumour band wagon has not mentioned a Rye House return in the NL for 2000. All very sad - especially as I have memories of my first visits there during the 1954 season when the promoter was the legendary Australian speedway rider Dickie Case who, besides his speedway interest, was also Mine Host at the nearby pub.
