I can actually see his point. These two have to be up there with the most irritating television "entertainers" I've seen, along with Dick and Dom of "Bogeys" fame.

Bit harsh, I saw the Chuckle Brothers Live in Weymouth back in the day and found it quite amusing (i was only youngish at the time). Now I can sit and watch it with the kids, laughtastic

Sorry not the best first couple of posts in the world Hi Matt. I saw the posts you made as a guest. Welcome to the forum. I can actually see his point. Schumi, Slag off Dick & Dom all you like, but leave off the Chuckle Brothers. They're legends All the best Rob Well, bugger me. Now I know your definition of a legend is the Chuckle brothers I'm inclined to agree with some of your F1 comments. ;D

Hey Schumi... lay off the Chuckle Brothers and lay off Nigel Mansell ;D ;D Interesting fact about the Chuckle Brothers: They're not brothers, but rather father (Paul) and son (Barry). Incidentally, Chas & Dave are also legends All the best Rob

Agree about Chas & Dave though, if you have a chance to see them live then go, brilliant musicians, highly underrated.

They actually come from a family of entertainers ( I bet Mr and Mrs Elliot were so proud!!) Back in the 70's the iconic talent show that was new faces gave us comic geniuses, and winners I believe such as Victoria Wood, Lenny Henry and yes.. the wonderful Chuckle Bros. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Chuckle_Brothersstraight from the school of how to lose friends and make enemies!!!

I believe they're on the board at Rotherham FC as well aren't they? Must have been stressful for them last year when they went into Administration, you can just here them now "Oh Dear"...."Oh Dear oh Dear"

Oh and incidently, The Krankies ARE father and son! ;D Er no.... the Krankees (which is the correct spelling) are husband and wife (Jimmy Krankee is actually called Jeanette)... but they're crap anyway... not a patch on the Chuckle Brothers. The Chuckle Brothers are father and son... although I think I listed them the wrong way around. Thinking about it again, Barry is the older, wiry one (father) and Paul is the younger, larger one (son). Incidentally, their "official" birthdays are listed as only three years apart to try to disguise the fact. All the best Rob
