Well roll on next year, is all I can say......the best GP series for a long long time, although this last GP was a bit of a damp squib TBH, Tomasz being a twit getting injured, and the track being somewhat pants for the majority of the meeting.....obviously the highlight Bomber scraping into the semi's then wowing us all in the final. Congrats Rico.

Thanks for the congrats. Apologies for the delayed response as I've been disinfecting the trophy. ;D Roll on 2011, hopefully the series will get the 4 correct wildcards and we'll have another thumping good season. Rico

Thanks for the congrats. Apologies for the delayed response as I've been disinfecting the trophy. ;D Oi Actually, although it's been a far better GP season, it's still far from the peak of the competition (1998-2000), in particular the year 2000. They need to bring back the KO format.

Actually, although it's been a far better GP season, it's still far from the peak of the competition (1998-2000), in particular the year 2000. They need to bring back the KO format. I just don't see that being financially viable for the series as it would need to involve the inclusion of 8 more riders. I did enjoy the excitement of the knock-out format, however at least now we have riders racing for every point in every race as they all count toward their championship total, whereas before a 2nd place was considered ok as you wouldn't be knocked out.
