I can't see Falubaz being too desperate to hold onto Iversen next season - he's been abject this season. A disgrace, to be honest. And the Sausagemeister hasn't been much better. Why do people think Lindgren deserves a GP nomination?

PUK has had a dreadful season for Falubaz this year. I don't think he averaged much more than 5 in the regular season, and that really is poor from a guy of his quality. They could certainly find someone better to replace him for next season.
Freddie, on the other hand, has done a reasonable job. Yes, he is nowhere near the average that he attains over her, but he is solid back-up for the big 3 of PePe, Greg and Rafal. His efforts today were certainly commendable. I may be wrong, but I also think he has also been improving year on year over there, so giving him another season would seem sensible.
As for todays meeting...a very disappointing result for Falubaz, but much better than it could have been. At one stage they were looking like they were going to actually lose, but a lengthy bit of track work and a PePe inspired fightback at least gave them a lead to take to take to Torun.
Having watched the replays again, I am still mystified as to why the ref chose to throw PePe out of heat 2, a few key points were lost there for sure.

Surely it was the return to form of the semi-weird Walasek that inspired the turnaround? It's going to be tough for Falubaz in Torun, but I really don't think anyone expected them to win the league - Torun are a good side, perhaps even a great side. They are a team that seems to be better than the sum of its parts.

Hard to argue that Walasek made a big difference once he got himself sorted (or maybe they got the track back to something like the home boys wanted it) but there were 4 5-1's for Falubaz, the reserves race and then the three that PePe made....

The juniors have to repeat the trick in Ht 1 tomorrow for Falubaz to make a contest of it. And they are capable of it. Dudek was good around Torun when Falubaz visited in the regular season and if Zengota has his gating boots on he takes a hell of a lot of catching.
