This thread is now going downhill faster than the global superstar's career.

I have nothing to say on this meeting. Bloody annoyed bug eyes wasn't there though , the lynching party was all ready. At least we would have had some entertainment.

Shite meeting but good to see Zagar turning on the class. His attitude completely different to the rider who started 2006 as a Bulldog, looks like he's ego's been knocked back a notch or two. Got a feeling Swindon will be using r/r on Thursday tho.

I'm in the "racing incident" camp - and Zagar looked completely deflated at the end of the meeting, in contrast to how he had been before heat 15.
But is there any news on Tobi's injury? That was a nasty impact.

That was a nasty impact. Nothing official, but I spoke to the paramedic last night, apparently Tobi was knocked unconcious and had neck pain, but was able to move all his limbs, when he came round that is. He stayed in hospital until this afternoon for observation I suspect, but no broken bones.

Was one hell of an impact, but it didn't look to me as if he was immediately knocked unconcious, Im sure I saw him moving his arms when lying on the track. Lucky boy in any case.

Wise words once again from The Mighty Rosco.

Rosco seems to have a short memory - I seem to remember him verbally abusing his own riders in a televised meeting at Coventry.

Hmm much as I like Rosco, he's been prone to be a bit of a knob in his time as a rider and team manager as well. You'd have thought he would of had a bit more understanding with Simmons tbh having been there himself.

Wise words once again from The Mighty Rosco. And his whispered "be careful" to unSteady before handing him the telephone were also wise words. But they went unheeded by unSteady. Now, is that a problem for the unSteady one? He doesn't pay attention to good advice?

Rosco might have been/is a bit of a knob but he is right in that the Ippo manager was way of the mark with his abuse of Zagar. Any fool could see it was a first bend racing incident.

I'm not defending him if he did actually abuse Zagar, but from where we were standing although Pete is about 2 feet taller than me, all I saw was Tobi's bike flying up the air fence. To be honest I was having to hold back a colleague of mine from slapping Orange Ronnie, who's comment straight after the crash was "oh good our boy is up and OK", now I know he didn't mean that he had no feelings regarding Tobi, but that's how she took it ATM, and perhaps it was the same for Pete, just borne of frustration that one of our only 3 riders who are at present scoring a few points, could possibly have been seriously injured and until he saw the re-run of the incident he just let his emotions run away with him.
