And there are a few spots of rain around Motala and Gislaved, but nothing that should stop the meetings from going ahead, and no delays.

Great move from Holder on turn 1 of the first lap and then him and Ruud were gone - miles ahead of the Vetlanda guys.

Poor stuff from Kling there - first to third in the space of a couple of laps. Just kept getting himself onto the wrong part of the track. Good overtakes from Alden and Hougaard, I suppose, but they didn't have to work as hard as they should've been made to work.

Hampel beating Adams and proving my point last night - he should have been able to cope with Schlein and Kennett.

Glorious first couple of laps between Nicki P and Crump in Ht 4 - they were side by side, but you always sensed Nicki P was the faster rider. And he eventually pulled away for a great win - excellent race.

And Andersen proving a point to Dackarna - he's having talks with them this week with a view to making some changes in his contract after he was dropped from last week's team, even though he wasn't the poorest scorer. He's put it down to a money saving exercise by the club.

The Smederna meeting hasn't yet started as the referee isn't happy with the track, in case anyone was wondering.

Not a good evening for Jonasson so far - nasty tumble in Ht 5, but good to see him up and okay, just excluded.
