Ouch Lindgren eaten alive out the tapes - cracking 2 battles in the race though.

Protasiewicz as a tactical for Iversen in Ht 13? Adams was jolly hard on Zengota there - Leszno having to ride a lot harder than I imagine they expected to have to.

Crowd scenes remind me of Reading v Swindon a couple of years ago (NOT) Rico

Great stuff from Desperate Dan there - there has been some superb racing in Leszno this afternoon. A fine advert for the Ekstraliga.

The first few races were a bit tedious, but it's certainly livened up in the second half

Not too keen on double tacticals in nominated races.
Fine effort by the Falubazians, but it would be a huge surprise if they were to get a max against Adams and Hampel.
Kasprzak has been awful, track too grippy for him ? Very impressed with Pepe today - he's been immense.

It's hard to believe Dobrucki beat Adams and did nothing else. If he had of chipped in a few more they might have done it. edit - I'll support Rico's campaign

Pepe for the GPs on this form - awesome ! Yes, indeed, henryw will be over-joyed at PePe's showing this afternoon - he was superb. And Zielona Gora did very well to hold Leszno to just four points. A fine meeting. Thanks to everyone who popped in a joined us - see you all next time, hopefully.

Swedish papers all reporting Andreas Jonsson is okay and should be able to take his place in the MÃ¥lilla Challenge on Tuesday.

Schumi...apparently the Polish press are saying Broken Neck. Maybe it's lost in translation.

Schumi...apparently the Polish press are saying Broken Neck. Maybe it's lost in translation. It's definitely his leg, nothing to do with his neck. Saw him being helped to his van on the stream and he was limping, but other than that, okay. His website says: Andreas fell in heat 11 of the Bydgoszcz v Torun match. AJ left the track in an ambulance. First Andreas wanted to continue riding but pain in his knee was very strong. Eventually AJ withdrew and was driven home by Mirek Duda...
We don't know yet how serious the injury is. AJ decided to have a rest now and is going to decide tomorrow morning what to do next.

One report suggested that it was knee injury that he picked up, possibly even as serious as kneecap damage. Oops. Just noticed that the knee was mentioned in the post above mine as well I guess we just need to wait a bit for some clarification!
