So far so shameful from Zagar. Marta Poltorak won't be pleased - maybe the handbag will be swinging into action shortly.

Good start from Jordan on his debut today for Rawicz, and they appear to have got off to a good start like they did 2 weeks ago - Although that week it all went to pot after so long. If my Polish is any good (which it's not!) I think Doyley had an engine failure whilst placed in 2nd position. So far so shameful from Zagar. Marta Poltorak won't be pleased - maybe the handbag will be swinging into action shortly. It has to be bad when Borys Miturski beats him!

I think it mean he had his engine failure on lap 2. But don't quote me on that. And Bjerre could be wearing out his welcome at another club - looks like his lust for personal glory comes before the clubs that pay his wages. He always seems to be under a cloud at some club or other.

Looking at the details again, you're right, Doyle was in second place when he had his engine failure.

Looking at the details again, you're right, Doyle was in second place when he had his engine failure. Not that him and Jordan did very well in their next outings, as they conceded the 5-1 to bring the scores back all square. I know Poland is a totally different ball game, especially for Jordan at the moment on his Polish league debut and probably the first time he has ever seen and ridden on a Polish track - but when him and Jason were partnered together earlier in the year, they seemed to have some sort of understanding and were excellent as a pair. Their performance at Redcar away when they had three 5-1s together and a 4-2 in the final heat. (Which should of been a 5-1 had the referee not made the wrong call in giving the position to Havelock over Jordan).

And a thoroughly miserable day for Rzeszow in Czestochowa finally ends - one wonders what sort of future Rzeszow's so-called "stars" have after such shameful performances. Club president Marta Poltorak has previously voiced her disdain for their performances. Messrs Bjerre, Watt and Zagar could be skating on thin ice.

Gomolski seems to be on a one man mission to get Ostrow promoted.

What a trully woeful score from both Matej Zagar and Kenneth Bjeere, Davey Watt wasn't much better. Maybe Kenneth was still on such a high after being handed a 2nd chance at qualifying for the GPs he was away with the clouds. One wonders what it would of been like had Scott Nicholls been riding.. not all that much I doubt! Nice to see Lee Richardson score a paid maximum though. Back over to Rawicz, where they currently hold a 31-29 lead. Although the Rebels pair aren't really upto much after yet another heat advantage went the way of Daugavpils. Seems as though Jordan is finding the going tough so far. Gomolski seems to be on a one man mission to get Ostrow promoted. The mighty Magnus has just put paid to that!

Marcel Kajzer seems to be the most impressive rider for Rawicz - he's been in sparkling form for most of a difficult season for the club. Rawicz is the smallest city in Poland to host speedway and they have a restricted budget.

Although the two Laguta brothers have just gained a 5-1 over the Somerset and Rawicz pair of Jason Doyle and Jordan Frampton. A hard debut for Jordan in Poland, and a score by Doyle which isn't anything compared to his English form.

And all over in Gdansk, where you have to wonder what happened to Billy Forsberg, who didn't appear after his Ht 4 exclusion. Will he be gracing Kirkmanshulme Lane with his presence tomorrow?

And a more important question, will Thomas 'Invisible' Jonasson be gracing Gorzow with his presence later on this evening away to Leszno? I would bet he is and then complains of headaches ahead of Edinburghs home meeting next Friday.
Edit: Billy Forsberg rode in heat 6 apperently, beating Bjarne Pedersen.

I personally think you'll see Kenneth Hansen replace Thomas H Jonasson in the Gorzow line-up, but we'll have to wait and see. Anyway, it looks like neither of the Somerset riders have done enough to warrant being in the nominated races, so that appears to be their days done.

And that appears to be the end at Rawicz, with them losing 48-42 after a last heat 5-1 from Grigory Laguta and former Poole rider Piotr Swist over another former rider from the British Leagues, Piotr Dym who was with Berwick shortly. Marcel Kajzer joint top scorer once again with Ronnie Jamro¿y. Roll on Leszno - Gorzow meeting
