And Doyle takes a tumble while going for double points and gets excluded, which sort of ends Rawicz's hopes. Yep and with Bjarne beating him in the race after, it's well and truly game, set and match for Gdansk.

And it looks like problems with the electricity supply to the stadium in Poznan are delaying that meeting. The air fence has de-flated and it looks like the meeting could be abandoned, unless someone sticks a zloty in the meter in double-quick time.

So Bjarne scores a whopping 6 ride maximum for Gdansk who win easily in the end, but Jason Doyle did get the better of Magnus Zetterstrom in the end for Rawicz so not a terrible afternoon for Jason Doyle on a personal note.
Catch you soon Subedei.

Okay, buddy, to use an Ermolenkoism. And the power appears to be back on in Poznan, where the home side are heading for a comfortable win over Rybnik.

Big loss for Bydgoszcz. I bet Gdansk and Ostrow are rubbing their hands. Jacek Gollob even put in an appearance for his hometime club.
Decent debut for young Tully in Rawicz though.

And the elder Laguta didn't even have a good day for Daugavpils, while his younger brother was missing. Star of the show for Daugavpils was Maksim Bogdanovs who scored a mightily impressive 15 from 6 rides, including beating Andreas Jonsson in Ht 4.

It seems that former Ipswich and Lakeside favourite Mariusz Puszakowski is off to hospital after his Ht 5 tumble in Ostrow - let's hope it's nothing too serious.

He's only 19 I think....or maybe younger because I am sure he's appeared in the Under-19 Euro Champs.

18 years old.
I must say Olly Allen's appearances in Liga 1 have been superb for a very average rider IMO.
