The lad just has no fear does he...How scary was that move across the back of Hampel?

Glorious stuff from Sajfutdinov, but Hampel rode too conservatively. Poles just don't seem to want it. They could do with having their nutcase Balinski racing. People might think twice about roughing them up if they knew Desperate Dan was just around the corner.

Got to be Polish joker in 15 with Hampel against Watt.Rico Apaarently not. Rico I think they'll be looking to save the Joker for a race where they can replace one of their duffers, which means everyone bar Hampel, in truth.

That's twice Hampel has ridden in races where Aussies have been last and could have used the joker. I wonder if the Polish tm is being too patient.

Oh and just to add, the Poles, Jarek excepted have been average to pish, yet they're still only 3 down.
Great to see the scores so close - we could be in for quite a finish.

Awesome first bend by Crump (though the other 3 did make it easy for him) - am hoping that was a tactical last eventually by Gollob. Scary moment with Gollob and Emil going into bend 3.

Another World Cup meeting developing into a fine contest. Poles seem to be shot it and Russia have come from nowhere. Great to see it so close.
Is the Polonia v Apator derby on later as well? Will be a rush for a 5pm start.

Has to be Hampel for Miedzinski in Ht 19. And taking the Joker. Gollob awful today. Might as well not have bothered turning up.

Watt did exactly the same to Povazhny as Laguta did to him earlier on - difference is Povazhny was a man and stayed on his bike, while Watt went down like a $50 hooker.

It's hammering down over in Poland - they'll be lucky to conclude this meeting. And Cieslak might be lucky to escape with his life.
