I suspect we have Mr jacques in our midst. You don't want to be eating pasta, young fellow, it's bloody awful. You should be asking for good, healthy food, such as fish and chips, followed by sticky toffee pudding and cream and all washed down with Coca-Cola.

I figured this was the only way to communicate with 'the boss' these days! As for what to have for tea, I could be (all too easily) persuaded by the sticky toffee pudding deal...

Tim is a very keen diver( Scuba- before you start )...I qualified but never really took to it plus a bad experience made me lose my confidence......
