Be fair Sub he did get a drive through penalty, albeit one that didn't really hurt him that much

Be fair Sub he did get a drive through penalty, albeit one that didn't really hurt him that much I'm not necessarily talking about Massa, but Ferrari. I mean, how many more times are Ferrari pitstops going to be allowed to end with mechanics flying before the team itself is punished and severely. Aside from a penalty for the driver, if that had been McLaren the team would've been in big trouble.

Massa inches and seconds from being hit head on by Sutil there.

And Raikkonen ends up in the wall. It's catastrophe theory, Ferrari style.

Not a great Grand Prix for Ferrari and what will the authorities do now Ferrari aren't even leading the constructors championship.

An eventful race on a mickey mouse circuit, with the kerbs falling apart by the end of the race and water running onto the track after the barrier was hit. Ferrari are doing their best to throw away both championships despite the constant assistance of FIA. Massa should have been disqualified outright from today's race after what happened with the fuel rig. And he caused the second safety car and caused another car to crash, but escaped penalty - will he be penalised 10 places on the grid in the next race. I doubt it.

Much as it amused me to see Massa finishing 13th as a result, these safety car stints are making a mockery of the the sport. Not for the first time this season, races become a total lottery if the safety car comes out at the moment drivers need refueling.

Why do Ferrari keep picking on Sutil?

Why do Ferrari keep picking on Sutil? I'm not sure - but both Ferrari drivers have taken Sutil out of a race and escaped with further penalty. And yet Hamilton was penalised 10 places on the grid for the next race for taking out Raikkonen in the Canadian GP. Another inconsistency in the application of the rules. And it seems Hamilton was robbed of another two points today. It seems Alonso went off the track at a chicance on lap 1 of the race today and gained position as a result. How come he wasn't given a 25-second penalty following the race, thus promoting Rosberg to first and Hamilton to second?

And he caused the second safety car and caused another car to crash How? He was about 6 seconds up the road, had his own spin, recovered and pulled away just before Sutil ploughed into the same barrier.

I await to see what penalty Massa recevies, although I suspect he'll get off scott free.

Could have sworn it was reported on the news this morning that there was to be an enquiry into the pitlane incident, but I can't find it on any of the websites yet. Genghis - have you been watching one of my dodgy links, because I don't think we were watching the same race?

What did then?

The thing is McLaren have had a supreme pit crew for as long as I can remember. A crew far superior to the Italian clowns at Ferrari who crack under pressure. That's probably why Ferrari feel the need for this semi-automatic system to try and gain parity or perhaps an advantage. But they'd be better waiting for McLaren to devise one and then getting the FIA to nick the plans for them.
