And Crump doesn't seem too thrilled about a return to Bydgoszcz after just a month or so: www.sportowefakty.pl/zuzel/2008/10/11/crump-niezadowolony/I guess he's concerned that if he won't get away with a dying swan act against Gollob around the famed Polonia circuit and will just have to accept getting beaten by the great man.

Can't they find a track in Germany capable of holding the thing?!?
Utter, utter farce. In fact, I may say that's the beginning of the end.

A GP farce ;D how sad Maybe they should just hold all the GP's at Bydgoszcz , as it's far and away the best track used in the series . But what will the weather be like in Poland in the middle of October ? Was the shale really left out in the rain , or was the thought of a GP televised throughout Europe in front of 2 or 3 thousand fans in a stadium which holds about 60,000 just too embarassing for the Golem Olsen to contemplate .

Word is that the Polish supporters who've made the trip to Gelsenkirchen aren't in the best of moods - wonder if Olsen will dare make the trip to Bydgoszcz next weekend with the potential for a lynch mob waiting for him.

I don't buy the conspiracy theories, sorry. Just think it's the result of having an idiot in charge.
And to blame Nicki is silly - he'd said on Tuesday he'd be fit. Heck, he rode in the next race after his huge smash in Poland - and still won it.

Has anyone any idea what the official name for this meeting will be?
Will it be the German GP?
Will it be the Polish GP Mk2?
Or what?

It'll be a Trivial Pursuit question in years to come.

It's still the German GP. You couldn't make it up, could you? Well, Bydgoszcz (Bromberg) was once a German city.
