Oh come on, the meeting from Lakeside is top entertainment. Jesus christ I hope I don't become so happily pleased after a speedway-less year - entertainment, you have got to be kidding. Lakeside promotion have gone down in my estimation for allowing/producing such a poor race track tonight. Anway, pure entertainment would be Swindon losing out in ht15.

What annoyed me was Twatum saying "there was no need for him (Nieminen) to be trying that hard". There was silly old me thinking that 1) that was what sport was all about - winning and 2) isn't there a rule about not racing? Then to compound it they started going on about how it will benefit Poole. FFS why don't they should a modicum of concern and compassion.

That was always Tatums train of thought as a rider tho Star lady. Sometime's he decided he'd go home rather than even attempt to try to race.

He certainly did - might be a job going for him at the Lakeside revolution next season. Truth be told, a couple of poor meetings, but congratulations to Poole and Lakeside. Let's hope for better next Monday.

Well that was a waste of a couple of hours, only bright spot, the return of David Norris to the commentary box, old Floppy obviously thinks Kroner is a wanker.
Do the rules! mean Kennett cant continue his role as an 'ammer' next week ?

He certainly did - hopefully he'll now tell Rosco where to stick it after the way he's been treated in recent weeks

Do the rules! mean Kennett cant continue his role as an 'ammer' next week ? Hatcham - Kennett will be ruled out by the 8-day rule. Speaking of rules, why were Swindon allowed 2 riders in Heat 12 tonight. Pavlic still had to take a third ride, and surely he pulled out tonight through illness and not injury.

We had no riders in at least 7 heats Rob, give us a break!
Both meetings were utter tripe - thank God I didn't have any holiday left to venture down the M25 with!
