And the stream goes black. Get Sky. At the current price and money situation, no chance. I am quite alright with going down the pub to watch the odd football game, I'd only have it for the skids. Plus Polsat's coverage is a tiny bit better than Sky.

The stream came back to reveal Gollob as the winner.

It's funny that after all that effort by Gollob to win the Grand Prix - he's ended up a point further away from Pedersen that before the GP.

He did deserve it, it has to be said. He and Nicki provided most of the entertainment tonight, but a special mention has to go to Bjerre. Now hopefully he'll be back riding for the Panthers.
Also think it's a testament to how hard these guys work that not one of them had any mechanical problems tonight.

For the record, it's 98 heats since the last time a Brit took the flag. Can Nicholls score a win in the 100th?!? Make that 121 heats... Nicki still hasn't won his home GP but he scored the most points so he's probably not complaining. Great win for Tomasz - hope his form continues for the whole season!

The bloke is an accident waiting to happen............he admitted live on air that he didn't know Lindgren was outside of him. Well, in that case he should be ashamed..........as a professional speedway rider, surely the least his opponents should expect is that he has an awareness of what's going on around him? Let's hope he decides that his decision not to quit was made in the heat of the moment and that he gets out of the sport before he kills someone!!! The bloke is a menace, and the sooner he's gone the better........and I really mean that, no wind-ups or anything........he's not got the ability to compete at this level as his points return proves, and his dangerous style is making him a liabiliy!!!!

Oh come on, Kev, so Lukas should retire becuase of an accident that wasn't even his fault? It may have escaped your attention that the referee excluded the nutjob Lindgren

Think he needs to go to Specsavers - Lindgren did absolutely nothing wrong

Think you are on your own here Genghis, whilst I'm sure it was not intentional, there is no way that Freddie was to blame, Dribble just kept going wider down the straight, with Freddie along side him, terrible decision by the ref, and I must say justice was served with the 2 mins exclusion. That apart, thought it was a good GP, and pleased that Tomasz won. Glad Crumpy is back on the up, as someone apart from Tomasz needs to challenge Nicki, and seems not too many candidates this year. Well Nicholls and Bomber's performances, think that re-inforces my thoughts on the WTC, let the youngsters have a go Good solid BEL riders the pair of them, but this seems to be one step too far.

What do Leigh Adams and the Scottish World Cup squad have in common, both challenges are over after the early rounds.

It may have escaped your attention that the referee excluded the nutjob Lindgren Firstly, the accident clearly was his fault, secondly, it's hardly an isolated incident is it.........just ask Niels Kristian Iversen or David Howe if you don't believe me.........and thirdly, and most importantly............yes, he should retire, and the sooner the better for everyone. Oh, and fourthly Lindgren was totally 110% innocent - the referee clearly got it totally wrong!!!

But, as it stands, second to Grzegorz Walasek in Czestochowa this evening means Lukas Dryml is making good progress towards qualifying for next season. Unlike Messrs Harris and Nicholls who both seem to find the qualification process beneath their status as princes of the sport. But let's all just enjoy the maestro taking his thirteenth Grand Prix win: www.youtube.com/watch?v=02Fa0cSAHPo

If so, a top three place in that, and it's another year of Lukas in the GP series.

No, it puts him into the semi-finals. And brother Ales made it there as well - details in the relevant thread in this forum.
